Cooking and heating unit. The subject of the present inven tion is a cooking and heating unit.
According to the invention, this is characterized by the fact that two separate furnaces are housed in a frame, that a controllable passage element is provided for the passage of the gases from one furnace to the other and vice versa, and that a water circulation system is housed in the frame, which has one of the effects of the gases of one furnace as well as one of the water reservoirs exposed to the action of the gases of the other furnace.
On the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically.
1 shows the unit in a vertical section along the line A-B in FIG. 2, FIG. 2 in a plan view with the cover plate lifted, FIG. 3 in a plan view on a smaller scale and FIG. 4 in a diagram.
The unit includes in a stove-like frame 1 a cooking device a and a heating device b which can be heated by means of wood, coke or peat, which are separated from one another by a wall 2 and covered together by a plate 20. The cooking device has, in addition to the grate 3, combustion chamber 4, draw channel 5 and ash chamber 6, an oven 7 with heat pipe 8, the gases from the combustion chamber reaching the baking and heat pipes in the direction of arrow v.
In the boiler room b, a boiler 10 of the usual design is housed and this room has such a capacity that boilers of various sizes, depending on requirements, such as 0.5 m2 of 1 m2 or 1.4 m2 of heating surface can be used . On the wall 2 separating the cook from the heating device, a ver closable opening 12 is attached by a controllable flap 11.
This has the purpose of circulating the gases from the combustion chamber into the boiler room and those from the boiler room into the combustion chamber, into the oven and into the heat pipe. The path of the gases produced in the boiler room is indicated by the direction of the arrow w.
During the warm season, when the boiler is out of operation, the cooking device forms a two-hole stove, with the left and middle stove holes in the plate 20 being usable, while the opening 12 in the wall 2 is closed. The cooking gases circulate around the Oven 7 and around the watercraft 13 and escape into the chimney (see FIGS. 1 and 3). During the cold season it is possible to remove the gases developing in the cooking space without the boiler being heated by opening the flap 11 around the To run the boiler and to heat its water and the radiator fed by it in different rooms, which saves fuel.
The gases circulating around the radiator take the path that is blocked against the flap opening by a cover plate 17, through a closable opening (not shown) in the wall 2 and under the baking chamber, circulate around the watercraft and escape into the chimney (see Fig . 1 and 3).
When operating the boiler during the cold season, the heating gases developed in the boiler room are sufficient to use the stove hole above the boiler with the flap 11 closed and after opening the flap 1l. in the wall 2 to give off heat for this and the middle and for the further cooking on the third stove hole, so that cooking can be done without needing fuel for the Kocheinrich device, which also means a significant saving in fuel.
If you want to cook on all three stove holes during the cold season, only as much fuel is placed on the grate of the cooking device as is necessary to bring the heating gases circulating from the boiler through the opening 12 to the heat necessary for cooking. This means that fuel is saved even when all three hearth holes are used. The boiler can also be arranged on the other side of the cooking device.
In part a of the unit, a closed water ship 13 is installed, which is automatically replenished from a reservoir located higher than the frame 1 (not shown). The water ship 13 forms part of a water circulation system that has a storage 15 located in the boiler room (smoke duct) and a feed line 14 leading from this to the water ship, as well as a line 16 leading back from the water ship to the storage. This system is not connected to the rest of the unit and is only influenced by the temperature of the gases heated in it.
During cooking in the stove part a he heats the developing gases aas water in the water ship 13. During the cold season, when the boiler is in operation, the heating gases heat the water in the memory 15 and circulates it through line 14 to the water ship 13, while the still little heated water flows back from this via line 16 to memory 15. If the storage tank has the appropriate capacity, the hot water generated beyond the requirements in the watercraft can be used for other purposes, e.g. B. for the preparation of a bathroom, be used.
The water on the water ship is taken from a (not shown) Lei device with a tap.
The arrangement of the cooking and heating device in the same frame allows cooking while heating while utilizing the heating gases when using part of the cooking holes and when using all cooking holes, cooking with the lowest possible consumption of heating material in the cooking space. These advantages are achieved in the present aggregate gat through an appropriate management of the heating gases.
