Burner device for burning liquid fuels The subject matter of the present invention is a burner device for burning liquid fuels with a ventilator and an air supply pipe connected to the outlet nozzle, which is connected to a burner forming an evaporator.
This burner device is characterized according to the invention in that the burner lies in a horizontal plane and two l () n of its connection point.
the air supply pipe has branch channels leading to opposite sides, which are provided with holes in their upward-facing wall parts, a fuel supply line being led into the air supply pipe, which extends to just before the burner.
During operation, when the burner is sufficiently hot, the fuel supplied through the fuel line and entered into the burner evaporates. It arises. This creates a fuel-vapor-air mixture that ignites, so that under the pressure of the ventilator flash flames emerge from the holes in the branch ducts of the burner. The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention and a detailed variant.
Fig.l is. a vertical section through part of a boiler with an oil furnace. Fi-.2 is a horizontal section along the section line drawn in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows a construction variant of a part of this oil furnace.
The oil furnace according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has an automatic burner device with a fan a, to the outlet of which an air supply pipe b is connected. This air supply pipe b extends through a pipe bushing built into the wall of the boiler c into the heating space of the latter and is connected at its end to a burner branched at this end, formed by a curved burner tube d lying in a horizontal plane. As can be seen from Fig. 1, this burner tube is C-shaped. Its ends are closed.
The upward facing wall parts of the two, from the named end of the tube b from opposite sides leading branches of the tube d are provided with holes. e is an oil line with a float valve regulating the oil supply f. This oil line is led into the air supply pipe b and extends to just before the burner pipe d. The air supply pipe b is. on its upper side provided with an opening on which a lid cg is placed.
(This cover is not shown in FIG. 2.) To start up the burner device, a fuel tablet is placed in the air supply pipe b through the opening mentioned, the valve of the oil line e, not shown here, is opened and the motor of the fan a is switched on.
As soon as the burner tube d is hot enough, the oil exiting from the oil line e and entering the burner tube evaporates, so that an oil vapor / air mixture is created which ignites. Under the effect of the air flow generated by the fan a, flashing flames emerge from the holes in the pipe and heat the boiler.
Instead of being C-shaped, the burner tube could also be U-shaped, as shown in FIG.
