Description

  

  Hatte oder     Platte,    die aus mindestens einer Deckschicht und einer elastischen, porösen,  gegen Schall und Wärme isolierenden und gegen Erschütterungen schützenden,  aus mineralischen     ]Kunstfasern    bestehenden Schicht besteht.    Für Wärme- und Schallschutz in Böden,       Decken,    Wänden,     Umkleidungen    und     dergl.     werden häufig Matten verwendet, die aus  einer porösen, elastischen Isolierschicht, deren  Oberfläche mit Papier, Dachpappe oder     einem     andern     schmiegsamen    Material .gedeckt ist,  bestehen.

   Dabei ist     entweder    die Isolier  schicht mit der Deckschicht     vernäht,    oder  aber die letztere ist als     Umhüllung    für die       erstere    ausgebildet und schliesst sie vollstän  dig ein. Das Aufnähen der elastischen porö  sen .Schicht auf Papier, Dachpappe oder der  gleichen hat aber den Nachteil,     dassdurch     -das Nähen Löcher entstehen, welche in den  meisten     Anwendungsfällen    wieder geschlos  sen     und    zugedeckt werden müssen, was mit  einer erheblichen Mehrarbeit und Verteue  rung verbunden ist.

   Bei Verwendung von  ganz     umhüllten    Matten kommt die Isolier  schicht an den Stossfugen nicht mehr in  direkte Berührung, was mit einer Verschlech  terung der Isolationswirkung verbunden ist.    Diese Nachteile werden durch die vorlie  gende .Erfindung behoben.  



  Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Matte oder     Platte,    die aus mindestens  einer Deckschicht und einer elastischen, porö  sen, gegen Schall und Wärme     isolierenden     und gegen     Erschütterungen        schützenden,     aus mineralischen Kunstfasern bestehenden       .Schicht        besteht,    bei welcher Matte oder  Platte die Deckschicht mit der nach ,den     ,Sei-          ten    zu offen liegenden, gegen Sehall und  Wärme isolierenden und gegen Erschütte  rungen schützenden Schicht verklebt     ist.     



  Beim Verkleben der     elastischen,    porösen,  aus mineralischen Kunstfasern     bestehenden     Schicht mit der Deckschicht     entstehen    kei  nerlei Löcher, durch welche die     Isolier-    und  Schutzwirkung beeinträchtigt werden könnte,  wie dies beim     Aufnähen    der Fall ist, und       beim        Zusammenfügen    solcher     Matten    oder  Platten     kommt    das     elastische    Isolier-     resp.          Schutzmaterial    der     Matten    oder Platten in      direkte Berührung,

   so dass auch     derart    un  günstige Stossfugen, wie sie bei der Ver  wendung von ganz umhüllten     Matten    sich  ergeben, bei welchen das elastische     Isolier-          resp.    Schutzmaterial     aneinanderstossender    Mat  ten nicht in direkte Berührung kommt, ver  mieden werden.  



  Für die elastische, poröse,     ,gegen    .Schall  und Wärme isolierende und gegen Erschüt  terungen schützende     .Schicht    der Matte oder       Platte    können alle mineralischen Kunst  fasern, wie sie zum Beispiel als Glas- oder  Schlackenfäden, -leide, -wolle oder     dergl.    be  kannt sind, verwendet werden.  



  Die Schicht aus mineralischen Kunst  fasern kann nur auf einer oder aber auf  jeder, nicht eine Stossseite bildenden Flachseite  mit einer Deckschicht versehen sein, die aus  gut schmiegsamem Material, wie z. B. Papier,  Dachpappe, Metallfolien, Stoff und     dergl.,     oder aber aus steifem,     plattenförmigem    Ma  terial, wie z. B. Sperrholz, Karton, Blech,  Bauplatten, Eternit     etc.,    bestehen kann.  Durch Wahl eines hierzu geeigneten und  unter Umständen     besonders    zu diesem  Zwecke behandelten Materials für die Deck  schicht kann die     Matte    oder Platte auch iso  lierend gegen     Feuchtigkeit    ausgebildet wer  den.

   Die     Verwendung    von Metall als Deck  schicht ergibt einen wirksamen Strahlungs  schutz.
