Description
In beiliegender Zeichnung sind Ausfüh rungsbeispiele des erfindungsgmässen Gelen kes gezeigt, in Fig. 1 durch einen Schnitt eines Gelenkes mit Anordnung der Drehachse unmittelbar am einen Achsialrande der iStossfuge .der zwei durch das Gelenk miteinander verbun denen Teile, und in Fig. 2 durch einen 'Schnitt eines Gelenkes mit ausserhalb der Stossfuge angeordneter Drehachse;
Fig. 3).
Joint with a disembodied axis of rotation. The subject matter of the present invention is a joint with a disembodied axis of rotation, which is formed by curved pieces that can be telescoped into one another, preferably of a right-angled cross-section, which can be determined by stops on a certain extension.
In such joints, the body loose axis of rotation either, as in hinge kidneys with a pivot pin, lie directly on an axially extending edge of the butt joint of the bodies connected to one another by the joint, or have a certain distance from these bodies.
Such joints can be mounted on cash register doors, for example, in such a way that the joint parts are not accessible from the outside when the door is closed.
In the accompanying drawing Ausfüh approximately examples of the erfindungsgmässen Gelen kes are shown, in Fig. 1 by a section of a joint with an arrangement of the axis of rotation directly on one Achsialrande of the joint joint .der two by the joint which parts, and in Fig. 2 by a ' Section of a joint with the axis of rotation arranged outside the butt joint;
FIG. 3 is a diagram of an extended joint and FIG. 4 shows a detail of a joint in which, instead of the sliding friction, there is rolling friction on the side surfaces of the telescoping parts.
Fig. 1 shows a box joint in the pushed together state, whose imaginary axis of rotation 0 is located on one axial edge of the butt joint f between the box wall and door leaf. In the box wall 2 and in the box door leaf 1, curved strips 3 are embedded at an obtuse angle and fastened with screws 4.
On the band in the box wall sits a hollow arch piece 5 of rectangular cross-section, which extends in the state of the joint according to Fig. 1 to contact with the band 3 of the box door leaf, on which the latter a narrower arch piece 7 is fixed, which telesl- i # is optically pushed into a curved piece 6, which in turn is pushed telescopically into the curved piece 5 (see FIG. 3).
These three arc pieces are fitted into one another with a guide seat, and it is the size of the excerpt of the arc pieces 6 and 7 respectively through a stop 9 or 9 guided in a slot 8. 10 limited. The size of the extension of parts 6 and 7 is such that the box door leaf can be pivoted by <B> 180 '</B>.
Instead of providing the position of the imaginary axis of rotation directly on an axially directed edge of the butt joint f, according to FIG. 2, the disembodied axis of rotation 0 could also be entirely outside the butt joint, respectively. with Ab stood outside the outer surface of parts 1 and? lie. When the joint is fully extended, the door leaf has a certain distance from the box wall, so it is no longer in contact with the latter as in the case of FIG. 1.
If you want the sliding friction between the bow pieces see on the. To avoid side surfaces, small waltz 11 and 1.2 could be built into the side surfaces according to FIG. 4 and a small play 13 left between these side surfaces. I) ic ,, sc; Rollers would only be installed at the ends of the arches and then also form the boundaries of the two extensions.
Rollers (which in this case would be conical) or balls could also be stored instead of laterally in the curved pieces between the upper and lower surfaces supported against one another.
