Device for kneading doughy liquids, in particular bread dough. The present invention relates to a device for kneading doughy masses, in particular bread dough. The novelty of this is according to the invention in the use of a set up for detachable fastening on a dough vessel: carrier in which an axis is arranged eccentrically to the dough vessel, which axis at the end protruding into the dough vessel with at least one projecting transversely to the axis , fixed arm, and kneading arms which are rotatably arranged on the axis, are provided in such a way that they rotate in constant orbits around the axis in the state of motion.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows the device attached to a dough container in section along the line 1-I in FIG. 2, and FIG. 2 device and dough container from above, in the direction of the seen in Fig. 1 drawn arrow A.
In the example shown, 1 designates a dough container in the form of a bowl with a round profile and a flange 1a. With a 2 on this angeord designated carrier is designated.
This latter be seated three star-shaped, extending from a common hub 2 a carrier arms <B> 2b, </B> 2c and 2c1. At the outer ends, the support arms have radially running slots <B> 2b '</B> 2c' and <B> 2d ', </B> in which fastening means are arranged, in the form of bolts 3 provided with wing nuts 3a whose ends facing away from the wing nuts are hook-shaped and, in the position shown in FIG. 1, grip under the flanging <B> la, </B> of the dough container 1 and press the support arms against the edge of the container and thereby hold them in the position shown.
In the hub 2 a an axis 4 is arranged eccentrically to the bowl 1 and BEZW by means of a removable wedge 5 on the carrier 2. releasably attached in the hub 2a. At the lower end protruding into the inside of the bowl, the axle 4 has two arms 6 and 7, arranged in Wiukelstellmig to one another, extending transversely and radially to the axle. In the upper part of the axle 4, a bevel gear 8 is rotatably mounted on this. This provides for engagement with a slot] 9, the shaft 10 in two ball bearings 11 and 12 of the carrier 2 is mounted.
A crank 13 is arranged on the shaft 10 outside the edge of the bowl. An oil trap 8a is provided around the toothing of the bevel gear 8 and an oil trap plate 14 is arranged below the bearing point of the bevel gear 8. Finally, 15 and 16 denote two curved kneading arms hanging together with your bevel gear 8.
The handling and operation of the device described above is briefly as follows: If a corresponding quantity of dough is to be processed, the entire device is brought to a bowl of the appropriate size with the wing nuts 3a loosened for the time being, as can be seen from the drawing.
The bolts 3 are then moved in the slots 2 b ', 2 c', 2 d 'towards the bowl until the liakenförinigen bolt ends under the flanging la of the bowl, whereupon the wing nuts 3a are tightened. The support arms <I> 2 b, 2 c, 2 d </I> are clamped between the wing nuts 3a and the flange 1.a and hold the entire device in place.
The arrangement of the slots in the support arms enables the device to be attached to dough vessels of various sizes. If the device is fixed in the manner described, the crank 13 is set in motion after introducing the flour and the necessary to do in the bowl. The rotary movement of the crank is transmitted to the bevel gear 8 via the shaft 10 and scratches] 9, the kneading arms 15, 16 arranged on this also moving or moving. Rotate around axis 4 in constant paths.
The rotating kneading arms 15, 16 tend to turn the dough with it, while the arrays 6 and 7, which are stuck on the stationary axis, seek to stop the movement of the dough. Here, the dough is thoroughly rolled and kneaded. The effect of this Durelikuetens the dough is increased by the dough vessel 1 ex-centric arrangement of the axis 4 and the kneading arms rotating around these still wesent Lich by the dough all the points of the axis 4 closer to the bowl wall zuarninengedräugt respectively. is pressed.
The above-described device enables the dough to be fully kneaded in a very short time and quite easily. When not in use, the entire device can easily be removed from the bowl and this can be used for other purposes if necessary. The oil gutter provided around the teeth of the bevel gear 8 and the catch plate arranged under its bearing point prevent lubricant from getting from the teeth or from the bearing point into the inside of the bowl.
After knocking out the wedge 5 can see the main parts of the Vorrich device easily disassembled and cleaned with ease. The assembly of the cleaned parts is just as quick and easy.
