Description
Jede Schub :ade besitzt auf bei den 'Seiten Führungsschienen 3 mit U-för- migem Querschnitt; sie wird getragen von Rollen 4, !die am Gestell 1 drehbar gelagert- sind. Die ;Sehublade läuft mit ihren Schienen 3 auf diesen Rollen, wenn ;
Cabinet with sliding bodies running in guides. The subject matter of the present invention is a viewing cabinet with sliding bodies running in guides, which can be, for example, a register cabinet with drawers, shelves, etc. formed as a sliding body.
The invention consists in that a support is pivotably arranged on each sliding body near the rear end, which when the sliding body is pulled out is actively set into a position in which it supports the sliding body when it is fully extended, and, when the latter is pushed into the cabinet frame, it is automatically reset to its inoperative position.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject of the invention is shown, for example, and specifically shows:
the line III-III, the Fig. 1, Fig. 4 a detail: the 'drawer pulled out, Fig. 5 a variant of the cabinet.
In the frame 1, which can be made of sheet metal, for example, drawers 2, which can also be made of sheet metal, are arranged one above the other.
Each drawer has guide rails 3 with a U-shaped cross-section on the 'sides; it is carried by rollers 4! which are rotatably mounted on the frame 1. The; Sehublade runs with its rails 3 on these rollers when;
it is pulled out and brought into the position shown in FIG. On the drawer 2 near the rear end of the breath by means of pegs 5: a support 6 formed by two lateral arms is articulated. The latter has a roller 7 on each outside.
Each of the rollers 7 is guided in an arcuate guide strip 8 with a U-shaped cross section provided on the frame 1. The Fübrun @ gsträger 8 runs towards the front end of the cabinet horizon:
valley and goes over at the rear end of the cabinet in an approximately vertical direction (Fig. 1). The support (1 has a stop near the pivot pin 5 - 9. The drawer also has a stop 10 near the pin 5.
These 1) ciden attacks 9. 1-0 come against each other. vTenn the drawer \? is fully extended (Fig. -l). Is the drawer going? pulled out of the frame I. so the support h by means of the pin. 5 taken. The rollers 7 run in their guide strips B. and the support 6 comes from the vertical position Wig. 11 in the hori zontal position (Fig. D).
As a result of this pivoting of the support 6 in relation to the drawer? the stops 9. 10 are placed against one another. The fully extended drawer 2 is supported with the entire excess weight on the stop 9, whereby the latter is carried by means of the support 6 on the rollers 4 and by means of the rollers 7 on the guide strips S and thus on the frame 1.
The arms of the support G could be swiveled inwards against each other instead of upwards when the drawer is pushed in (Fig. 5). The support takes up relatively little space in response and can easily be kept very strong.
A spring can be provided between the support fi and the drawer. which strives to retract the drawer completely into the Cxe .stell. If the drawer is not pulled completely into the frame by hand.
The spring 1d ensures that the drawer closes completely. The spring 1-1 can easily be attached in such a way that it does not seek to retract the drawer as long as the latter is eating fully extended.
Instead of a spring, a.ueli could use another traction device, e.g. B. a weight to be seen before. which, like the spring, causes the drawer to close completely.
