Yerschluss für die Rohrenden von Leitungen, insbesondere für Wasser und Gase Es ist bekannt, an Rohrleitungen für Wiasser und Gas, zwecks Prüfung der Muf- fenverbindung auf Dichtigkeit, auf das. -Spitz ende der Leitung eine übergreifende Kappe aufzusetzen und in das Muffenende :der Lei tung einen Zapfen einzusetzen, und alsdann zwischen -Kappe und Rohr;
Wenn beim Befestigen des Spannringes am Rohr die Bügel 2, .3 einan der :so weit genähert werden, dass die Enden 3" .des Bügels 3 auf die .Schenkel 2' des Bügels 2 auftreffen, dann ergibt dies Stütz stellen, von denen aus die Schenkel 2', 3' in der Folge bei weiterem Anziehen der Halteschrauben 4 und entsprechendem wei teren Spannen des Ringes 2, 3 durchfedern;
Yerschschluss for the pipe ends of lines, especially for water and gases It is known to put an overlapping cap on pipes for water and gas, for the purpose of checking the socket connection for tightness, on the tip end of the line and insert it into the socket end: the Lei tion to insert a pin, and then between the cap and tube;
as well as hex a seal between the pin and the pipe using hemp rope, Leb-in and lead in a similar way as for the socket connection. This ax of locking: the pipe ends are cumbersome to make and, if the pipeline is laid in a trench, it can be particularly difficult under certain circumstances.
The removal of the cap and pin from the pipeline after the leak test, as long as neither one nor the other part (cap or pin) cannot be left on the pipeline (at least for the time being) is again cumbersome and required .the corresponding expenditure of time.
The closure. for the pipe ends. of pipes, in particular for water and gas, according to the invention is characterized by a @that, pipe to grasp certain,
Retaining member set up for detachable fastening and bolts to connect the same with a terminating plate to be placed on the pipe end. This enables the ends of pipelines to be quickly closed off in a simple manner in order to check the tightness of the socket connection. . , Self-.
The closure can of course: be left on the pipeline if necessary; If the closure is to be removed from the pipeline, this can also be done very easily and quickly. The closure can easily - be used again on another pipeline after removal from one pipeline,
what compared to the initially explained type of closure BEZW by means of cap or pin. at the same time brings both a corresponding material savings with it.
The drawing shows: two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention in use.
It shows: FIG. 1 the one example in view, FIG. 2 a cross section through the pipe, FIG. 3 a top view of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 shows the other example in view, FIG. 5 shows a cross section through the tube, FIG. 6 shows a top view of FIG.
In the first example (Fig. 1 to 3) be marked 1, the spigot end of a tube around which the two brackets 2 @, 3 engage, the opposing legs 2 'respectively. 3 'are held together by means of screws 4 and are held firmly by these on the pipe. The legs .3 'of the Bü gel 3 have at right angles bent En the 3 ", which are directed against the legs 2' of the bracket;
A bolt 5 is welded to each of the two brackets 2, 3, and a bolt 6 is pushed onto each of the two retaining screws 4 by means of an eye, that is to say is pivotable; the Bol zen 6 are located between the bracket legs -2 ', 3' and are therefore secured against unintentional pushing off of the retaining screws 4.
The end plate 7 is plugged onto the bolts 5, 6 by means of holes and closes off the pipe end 1 by means of a sealing washer 8, against which the end plate is pressed by nuts 9 screwed onto the connecting bolts 5, 6; Due to the pivotable arrangement of the connecting bolts 6, inaccuracies in relation to the mutual distance of the holes of the end plate 7 can be compensated for. The sealing washer 8 made of Le, for example, is richly located in a depression in the end plate 7.
This recess has a groove concentric to the pipe age, which is located in the actual pressure zone, that is, the pipe jacket opposite, for the purpose of increasing the density by pressing the sealing washer 8 into the groove as a result of the corresponding pulling action of the connecting bolts 5, 6. The Absühlussplatte 7 has a central opening 10 for inserting a tube for connecting the interior of the pipeline to be tested with a water pump.
After loosening the nuts 9, the end plate $ 7 can easily be lifted from the connecting bolts 5, 6 and thus from the pipe end: by corresponding turning back the nuts of the retaining screws 4, the retaining respectively formed by the brackets 2, 3. . The clamping ring must be widened so much that it can be pushed off over the pipe end 1. The closure adapted to a certain pipe diameter can then, as is readily understood, be used again, that is to say placed on a pipe end of another line.
If when attaching the clamping ring to the tube, the bracket 2, .3 one another: are approached so far that the ends 3 "of the bracket 3 hit the .legs 2 'of the bracket 2, then this results in support from which the legs 2 ', 3' in the sequence with further tightening of the retaining screws 4 and corresponding white direct tensioning of the ring 2, 3 spring through;
this enables a very strong fastening of the holding or. : Clamping ring at the smooth end of the pipe so that the pipeline can be checked under a relatively high internal pressure without the said ring shifting on the pipe.
At the socket end of the pipe, the fastening of the holding or , Tension ring facilitated by utilizing the hoof shape, as the second example (Fig. 4 to 6) shows, in which the stirrups 2, 3 in the pulling direction of the connecting bolts 5, 6 holding the closing plate 7 on an outer shoulder 11 'of the socket end Stop is given; the closure plate 7 has a vent hole 12.
It accordingly have both ring halves and respectively. both brackets 2, 3 straight legs: 2 'resp. 3 '. Otherwise, the training, apart from the dimensions of individual parts adapted to the special case, is similar to that of the first example. The sealing plate 8 can be made of rubber, for example.
The retaining ring of the lock could possibly also have hingedly connected to one another. Those half rings that can be folded out and against each other, or the rigid ring could possibly be replaced by a securing chain that can be tightened with the connecting bolts for the end plate is provided; all connecting bolts would then be pivotably arranged on the chain.
