Heizbare Waschmaschine. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine heizbare Waschmaschine mit Waschkessel und motorisch angetriebener Rührvorrich tung, bei welcher das Heizelement am Boden .des Waschkessels in dessen mittleren Teil angeordnet ist, und zwar unter der mit Flü geln zum Bewegen der Wäsche versehenen, mit dem Waschkessel kommunizierenden, als glockenförmiger Hohlkörper, welcher an seinem obersten Mantelteil Ausgussöffnungen aufweist,
ausgebildeten Rührvorrichtung.
Versuche haben ergeben, dass, bei der, Waschmaschine .gemäss der Erfindung dass im glockenförmigen Hohlkärper der Rühr- vorrichtung befindliche Wasser bezw. Wasch lauge am stärksten erhitzt, und, befördert durch entstehende Dampfblasen, in .diesem Hohlkörper hochgetrieben und durch die Ausgussöffnungen im obersten Mantelteil .des Hohlkörpers ausgespritzt wird.
Dadurch wird die Wäsche während ihrer Bewegung ständig mit Wasser bezw. Waschlauge über gossen, wodurch die Waschwirkung erheb lich erhöht wird. In der Zeichnung sind zwei beispiels weise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungs- gegenstandes schematisch dargestellt.
Es zeigen: Fig. 1 einen achsialen Schnitt durch eine erste Ausführungsform einer Waschmaschine gemäss der Erfindung, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt gemäss Linie II-II in Fig. 1, und Fig. 3 einen achsialen Schnitt durch eine zweite Ausführungsform einer Wasahma- sehine mit Wasserschiff.
Auf einem Ständer 1 ist ein Waschkes sel 2, welcher durch einen Deckel 3 schliess bar ist, gelagert. Der Waschkessel 2 ist unten mit einem Tropfrand 4 versehen. Innerhalb dieses Tropfrandes 4 ist unter ,dem Boden des Waschkessels 2 der An triebsmotor 5 und ein Getriebe ss für,den An trieb einer Rührvorrichtung angeordnet. Die Antriebswelle 7 der Rührvorrichtung wird durch ein achsial in den Waschkessel 2 ein gesetztes Rohr 8 emporgeführt. Die Rühr vorrichtung selbst ist als ,glockenförmiger Hohlkörper 9,
welcher mit Flügeln 10 zum Bewegen der Wäsche versehen ist, ausgebil det. Dieser Hohlkörper 9 ist auf das obere aus dem Rohr 8 herausragende Ende der Antriebswelle 7 aufgesetzt. Am obern Ende des Rohres 8 ist eine nicht näher dargestellte Dichtung vorgesehen, welche das Eindringen von Wasser bezw. Seifenlauge in das Rohr 8 verhindert. Der Mantel des glockenförmigen Hohlkörpers 9 weist in seinem obersten Teil Ausgussöffnungen 11 auf. Unterhalb dieses glockenförmigen Hohlkörpers 9 besitzt der Wasserkessel 2-, eine zentrische Vertiefung 12, in welcher auf Lagerschienen 18 ein elektrisches Heizelement 14 angeordnet ist.
Dieses Heizelement 14, dessen Anschlüsse 1.5 auf der Aussenseite der Vertiefung 12 des Waschkessels 2 liegen, liegt direkt im Wasser. Der Heizkörper des Heizelementes wird durch eine Heizspirale gebildet. Aus der Vertiefung 12 des Waschkessels 2 führt die Entleerungsleitung 16 fort.
Zu Beginn,des Waschens steht das Was ser bezw. die Waschlauge im Hohlkörper 9 gleich hoch wie im Waschkessel 2. Wird nun das Heizelement 14 eingeschaltet, so wird in erster Linie das im Hohlkörper 9 befindliche Wasser bezw. Waschlauge er hitzt. Befördert durch sich bildende Dampf blasen wird das heisse Wasser bezw. die Waschlauge in diesem Hohlkörper hochge trieben und durch die Ausgussöffnungen 11 herausgespritzt.
Der Tropfrand 4 verhindert, -dass an der Aussenseite des Waschkessels 2 herablaufendes Wasser zum Motor 5 und Getriebe 6 gelangen kann, und da auch das Rohr 8 an seinem obern Ende abgedichtet ist, sind diese Teile 5 und 6 vor dem Zu dringen von Wasser und Waschlauge voll ständig gesichert.
Die Waschmaschine kann, wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt, auch mit einem Wasserschiff 17 ausgestaltet werden. Dieses Wasserschiff 17, welches mit dem Einlaufstutzen 17' und dem Auslaufstutzen 17" versehen ist, ist direkt unter dem Waschkessel 2 zwischen diesem und ,dem Ständer 1 angeordnet und besitzt ein eigenes Heizelement 1,8, welches ebenfalls :direkt im Wasser liegt, Der Tropf rand 4 wird hierbei am Wasserschiff 17 vor gesehen, und der Motor 8 und das Getriebe 6 sind unter dessen Boden angeordnet.
Das Rohr 8 ,durchdringt das Wasserschiff 17 und führt durch den Wasserkessel 2. Der An schluss 15 des Heizelementes 14 des Wasser kessels 2 liegt in einem Rohr 19, welches seitlich in das Wasserschiff eingesetzt ist und welches aussen durch einen Deckel 20 abgeschlossen ist. Aus diesem Rohr 19 führt ein Rohr 21 in einen Anschlussraum 22, welcher ebenfalls in das Wasserschiff 17 eingelassen ist.
Die Anschlusskabel des Heiz- elementes -14 werden aus dem Rohr 19 durch das Rohr 21 in den Anschlussraum 22 ge führt, in welchem die Anschlussklemmen so wohl für das Heizelement 14,des Waschkes sels 2, als auch diejenigen für -das Heiz- element 18 des Wasserschiffes 17 unterge bracht sind. Selbstverständlich sind das Rohr 19, das Rohr 21 und der Anschlussraum 22 vollständig dicht, so dass kein Wasser in diese Teile eindringen kann.
Die Waschmaschine gemäss der Erfin dung kann auch mit Gas- oder Ölheizung ausgeführt werden. In einem solchen Falle wird die Vertiefung 1.2' ganz oder zum Teil nach oben abgeschlossen, als Brennerraum ausgebildet und mit einem Gasabzugskanal versehen. Die Heizung für das Wasserschiff würde dabei unter dessen Boden angeordnet.
