Pistons for presses for making pipes, in particular those made of concrete. The invention relates to a piston for presses for the manufacture of tubes, in particular special ones made of concrete, wherein the Kol ben cooperates with a mold and is arranged on the press to be rotatable and axially displaceable.
According to the invention, rollers are rotatably mounted on the plunger, the axes of which run parallel to the plunger axis and which are dimensioned and arranged so that their outer surfaces roll on the cylindrical inner surface of the pipe to be produced and onto the molding material between plunger and inside of the Apply pressure to the mold wall.
This version is particularly suitable for the manufacture of iron-reinforced concrete tubes.
Compared to the arrangement of fixed guide surfaces on the plunger for pressing the molding material, rollers as additional, rolling guide surfaces mainly have the advantage of significantly lower wear, they allow a greater pressing effect on the molding material than the rotating plunger could do on its own, and thus reduce them the power requirement.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the plunger designed according to the invention in FIG. 1 in a vertical section along the bent line I-I in FIG. 2, and FIG. 2 shows a horizontal section along the line II-11 in FIG.
It denotes 1 a circular cylindrical plunger, which has an upper end wall 2, and a neck 3, by means of which the piston is firmly connected to the drive shaft 4 ver.
On the end wall 2 are eccentric to the piston axis four evenly on, the 'piston circumference distributed axes 5 be fastened, on each of which a press roller 6 is rotatably mounted bar. Each press roller 6 has a casing ring 7 on the circumference, the lower end face of which rests on a shoulder of the press roller.
A plate 8 which is releasably fastened to the press roller 6 by means of screws engages over the upper end face of the casing ring 7, as a result of which it is fixed on the press roller. The pressure roller 6 itself is held on its bearing axis by a washer 9 detachably attached to the bearing axis 5 in question by means of a screw.
10 is a hood with a lower cylindrical part, to which a frustoconical part connects at the top, which is connected to a hub 11, by means of which the hood is pushed onto the drive shaft 4 and placed on the bearing neck 3 of the plunger. The hood 10 has on its lower cylindrical part, which has a smaller diameter than the jacket of the plunger 1, cutouts for the passage of the press rollers -6, which protrude on their circumference up to the circumference of the plunger 1.
At its lower part of the hood 10 is on the inside to stop at angle pieces 12, wel surface between the press rollers 6 on the end wall 2 of the plunger 1 are arranged.
In the drawing, dashed and dotted lines 13 indicate the inside of the mold wall, into which the mold material is to be introduced from above. By means of the conical surface of the hood 10, the molding material is directed radially outward to the mold 13 ge.
During operation of the press, the plunger 1 is constantly rotated by motor power by means of the drive shaft 4 and moved axially upwards, a circular cylindrical tube being formed from the molding material between the circumference of the plunger and the inside of the mold 13. When the press is in operation, the molding material is not only loaded by the plunger, but also by the rotating,
On the inner surface of the pipe to be formed, pressing rollers 6 rolling between the plunger and the mold 13 are pressed radially outwards and thereby pressed against the inside of the mold, as can be easily understood from the explanations above.
By lifting the hood 10, the press rollers 6 can be made completely accessible from above borrowed. After removing the plate 8, the outer ring 7, which is subject to the most wear, can be lifted off the individual press roller 6; it makes it possible to easily replace the worn sheath rings. If desired, the individual press roller 6 can be lifted from its bearing axis after removal of ider disk.
