Description
Vorrichtung zur Nassbehandlung und Trocknung von frisch gesponnenen Hunstseidefäden im fortlaufenden Arbeitsgang. Nach dem Hauptpatent ist eine Vorrich tung ,geschützt zur Nachbehandlung von frisch gesponnenen Kuns:
tseidefäden im fort laufenden Arbeitsgang unter Führen. der selben in Schraubenwindungen über einen umlaufenden Zylinder. In der ersten WaUen- zonewird der Iiunstseidefaden nass behandelt und gewaschen, und in der zweiten Walzen zone findet die Trocknung statt, und zwar im besonderen Falle so, :dass die Walze von aussen gegebenenfalls mit Gasbrennern be heizt wird.
Zur Anwendung kommen volle Walzen, :d. h. solche, welche eine volle un unterbrochene ärmere Mantelfläche besitzen. Im besonderen eignen sich, unter anderem auch Walzen aus Porzellan, Quarz und der gleichen, d. h. aus einem Baustoff, welcher eine verhältnismässig geringe Wämmel:eit- fähigkeit besitzt.
Diese Baustoffe sind. aber teils schwer bearbeitbar, oder doch relativ e r 'bree hlich und können grössere Druckbean- spruchungen nicht aushalten. Der Antrieb und die Befestigung dieser Walzen auf den Antriebswellen bietet erhebliche Schwierig keiten.
Die Walzen lassen sich unter Benüt zung passender Nabenkörper"die auf die An triebswelle zu sitzen- kommen, durch Ein kitten befestigen. Allein diese Befestigungs- art ist langwierig, vielen Zufällen unterwor- fen und für grosstechnischen Bedarf kaum brauchbar. Wegen:
der Zerbrechlichkeit des Baustoffes können die bekannten starren Be- festigungsarten, wie sie bei Metallrohren an sich .gegeben. waren, an sich zumeist nicht an gewendet werden.
Bei der vorliegenden Vorrichtung ist -die Walze in. Gestalt einer nichtmetallischen Hohlwalze von der Antriebswelle aus: von innen druckelastisch gehalten, und zwar zweckmässig ausserhalb der Heizzone, damit die Haltevomrichtungen von der Hitze weniger beeinflusst wenden.
Auf die Antriebsachse kommt ein. Nabenkörper zu sitzen, von wei- chem aus der elastische Druck in radialer Richtung von innen auf die Walze zwecks Befestigung ausgeübt wind. Der Nabenkör- per wird zweckmässigerweise von
.mehreren Stellen aus gegen das Walzeninnere abge stützt. Eine empfehlenswerte Ausfülhrungs.- form des Nabenkörpers bestellt darin,
den- selben an zwei in achsialer Richtung vonein- ander entfernten Stellen mit den elastischen Abstützorganen auszurüsten. Die Abstütz- körper selber können die verschiedenste Ge stalt haben, sie ,können ringförmig, sternför mig und dergleichen ausgebildet sein.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Aus- führungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäss abge stürzten Hohlzylinders.
Der aus Quarz bestehende Hohlzylinder 1 wird von der Antriebswelle 2. aus vermittels des Nabenkörpers 3 von innen gehalten und befestigt.
Der Nabenkörper ist auf die Welle in leicht lösbarer Weise aufgeschraubt oder aufgekeilt. Die beiden Enden 4 und . 5 .des Nabenkörpers sind stopfbüchsenartig ausge bildet und erweitert.. Die Dichtungsringe 6 und 7 dienen zur elastischen Abstützung des Nabenkörpers gegen die hohle Walze und werden durch die <RTI

Full rollers are used: d. H. those which have a full un interrupted poorer lateral surface. In particular, rollers made of porcelain, quartz and the like are also suitable, i. H. made of a building material which has a relatively low thermal capacity.
These building materials are. but sometimes difficult to work with, or at least relatively wide and cannot withstand greater pressure loads. The drive and mounting of these rollers on the drive shafts offers considerable difficulties.
The rollers can be fastened by cementing using suitable hub bodies "that sit on the drive shaft. This type of fastening alone is tedious, subject to many coincidences and hardly usable for large-scale technical requirements.
The fragility of the building material can be reduced by the known rigid types of fastening, such as those found in metal pipes. were, in themselves mostly not applied.
In the case of the present device, the roller is in the form of a non-metallic hollow roller from the drive shaft: is held elastically from the inside, specifically outside the heating zone, so that the holding devices are less influenced by the heat.
