Last schaltergehäuse unterzubringen, was mehrere Durchführungen erspart.
'' Device for voltage regulation at the star point of three-phase transformers. Devices for voltage control of three-phase transformers with separate tap selector and load switch generally consist of three single-phase Schaltvor directions, which at most individual drive organs have in common and which are housed in separate or in a common Ge housing.
The present invention aims, instead of the previously usual separation of the apparatus according to the three phases, each pole containing both main contacts and briefly current-carrying auxiliary contacts, the separation into a single main contact device and one for example three or only two To let phase-switching auxiliary contact device step.
Instead of three single-pole switches, which would have to be operated individually or coupled with one another, only one switch of the simplest design, rated for continuous current, should be necessary, which requires fewer contact points and, due to the connection of the star point with the use, less Isolatignep, which both economic as well as electrical advantages. The associated reduction in space should be made possible light to accommodate the resistors in the load switch housing, which saves several bushings. The star point switch also enables the three phases to be switched simultaneously with greater reliability.
In the case of control at the star point, according to the present invention, a three-phase load circuit is achieved by switching over a three-pole star point switch, which can be coupled to a two- or three-pole auxiliary switch.
In the accompanying schematic figure, which relates to an embodiment of the inven tion subject matter, 1 is the drive shaft, 2 is a crank mechanism, which alternately springs 3 respectively. 4 cocks. After the latches 5 or 6 have been disengaged, the latter drive a crankshaft 8 in one or the other direction of rotation via a transmission 7. The star-point load switch 10 is actuated by a crank 9 and the auxiliary load switch 12 is actuated by a crank 11.
The tap selector contacts 14 and 15 are connected to the transformer control windings 13. 16 are star-connected resistors; 17 is a possible additional resistance.
The figure shows the device at the beginning of a control process, and it is assumed that the contact 15 of the selector switch, which was in the previous position at the same tap of the transformer as the contact 14, was already at the start of the control process the next tap is placed. The position of the switch 10 still corresponds to the starting position.
The drive of the selector switch is assumed to be known and is not shown; it works so that at the beginning of the control process one contact 15 moves to the next tap, then at the end of the switching process, after the load switch has switched over, the other contact 14 moves up to the same tap.
The mode of operation of the device shown is as follows: The crank mechanism 2 is in a dead center position in every step position, so that regardless of the control direction of rotation of the shaft 1, one of the springs 3 or 4 is tensioned during half a rotation, which corresponds to a step circuit , namely in the gezeich designated position the spring 3 by the pawl 5 prevents relaxation of the same ver until the drive shaft 1 triggers the pawl 5 in a manner not shown in the figure and the spring 3 releases. By a corresponding translation 7 about the crankshaft 8 depending on the action of the spring 3 respectively. 4 rotates by 180 in one direction or the other.
The Umsebalter 10 puts accordingly the dead center position of the crank 9 at the beginning and end of the circuit only a little way back, while the auxiliary scarf ter 12 executes the smallest movement according to the dead center position of the Xurbel 11 in the Xitte of the circuit.
This ensures that first the auxiliary switch 12 applies the three tap selector contacts 14 to the resistors 16 and only afterwards does the order switch 1.0 open its contacts and switch to the three tap selector contacts 15 preparing the next stage, whereupon the auxiliary switch 12 opens again. During the changeover of the star-point switch, the auxiliary switch therefore only takes over the production of the three-phase current point for a short time, specifically via resistors 16 connected in star.
The auxiliary star point formed by the resistors can be electrically separated from that of the star point switch or also; to prevent electrical call charges, be connected to it directly or through the resistor 17.
After the switch has been switched over, contact 14 inevitably moves to the transformer tap occupied by contact 15.
The auxiliary switch 12 can also be designed with two poles instead of three-pole, where one of the resistors 16 remains connected to one of the tap selector contacts 14. The connection to the resistor 17 is omitted in this case, or the resistor 17 is to be measured with a high ohm number.
If the load switch housing has the same electrical potential as the star point, isolations on the moving part of the star point switch are avoided, and several implementation ments can be saved by installing the resistors in the load switch housing. In principle, it is also conceivable to connect the resistors 16 to the auxiliary switch 12 in a triangular connection instead of in a star connection.
