La première forme d'exécution, fis. 1 à 5, se réfère à un dispositif de ventilation avec bouches à air horizontales placées au haut et au bas de la vitrine. La fig. 1 est le détail d'un fragment de section verticale de la partie supérieure du dispositif, faisant corps avec le cadre métal lique de la vitrine; La fig. 2 est un fragment de section sem blable dans la partie inférieure de la vitrine; La fig. 3 est un fragment de vue, par devant, de la partie supérieure du dispositif représentée en fig. 1;
La fig. 6 est le détail d'un fragment de section verticale de la partie supérieure du dispositif attenant au cadre de la vitrine; La fig. 7 est un fragment de section sem blable de la partie inférieure de la vitrine; La fig. 8 est un fragment de vue, par devant, de la partie supérieure du dispositif représenté en fig. 6; La fig. 9 est un fragment de vue, par devant, de la partie inférieure du dispositif représenté en fig. 7;
Showcase with ventilation device. Store windows provided with a ventilation device usually include independent fans, arranged inside, or else movable glazing parts, such as transoms, tilting windows, ventilation rosettes, etc. The main drawback of the devices of the first category is that they consume energy during their operation, and those of the second category are not always suitable for the type of goods displayed on the shelves, because they are bulky and because 'they do not function on a permanent basis. In some cases, such as for example in butcher shop windows, movable transoms prevent the upper part of the display from being used for hanging quarters of meat.
Finally, these ventilation devices do not make it possible to ensure at the same time the ventilation of the display case and the store or room attached to the display case, especially when the rear part of the display case is separated from this room by a partition. . To obviate the drawbacks mentioned, the present invention relates to a display case with a ventilation device by air circulation.
This showcase is characterized in that the outer frame in which the mirror is set comprises, on at least two opposing sides, air vents communicating by channels with the inside of the showcase, with the aim that the openings of the The lower part of the device is used for the intake of fresh outside air, and those of the upper part, for the evacuation of indoor air, thus establishing natural and continuous ventilation.
The appended drawing, given by way of example, represents, in a schematic manner, two embodiments of the object of the invention applied more specifically to the operation of the display case and the interior room of a butcher's shop. .
The first form of execution, fis. 1 to 5, refers to a ventilation device with horizontal air outlets placed at the top and bottom of the display case. Fig. 1 is a detail of a fragment of a vertical section of the upper part of the device, forming part of the metal frame of the display case; Fig. 2 is a fragment of similar section in the lower part of the showcase; Fig. 3 is a fragmentary view, from the front, of the upper part of the device shown in FIG. 1;
Fig. 4 is a fragmentary view, from the front, of the lower part of the device shown in FIG. 2; Fig. 5 is a sectional fragment, in plan, taken along the line V-V of FIG. 2, through one of the uprights of the mirror frame.
The second embodiment, fig. 6 to 10, refers to a ventilation device similar to that mentioned above, but supplemented by lateral air circulation, therefore to a device with horizontal and vertical air outlets.
Fig. 6 is a detail of a fragment of vertical section of the upper part of the device adjoining the frame of the display case; Fig. 7 is a fragment of similar section of the lower part of the display case; Fig. 8 is a fragmentary view, from the front, of the upper part of the device shown in FIG. 6; Fig. 9 is a fragmentary view, from the front, of the lower part of the device shown in FIG. 7;
Fig. 10 is a fragment of a sectional plan taken along the line X-X of fig. 7, through one of the uprights of the mirror frame.
In the first embodiment, fig. 1 to 5, the display case comprises a metal frame, for example made of a so-called anti-corrodal aluminum alloy, in which the crystal 1 is crimped. The upper and lower parts of the frame receiving the ice form air vents 2, respectively 3, formed by grids of which the blades 4 are inclined with their lower edges towards the inside of the display case for the upper air vent and towards the outside for the lower air vent. Behind the air vents, communicating with them and adjoining the frame, are arranged channels 5, 6 respectively, in the form of collecting boxes for the passage of air.
The rear wall 7 of the upper channel 5 is pierced with orifices 8 for the evacuation of air from the store, or from the room located behind the window. 'The lower bottom 9 of the channel 5 forms a rocker to adjust, if necessary to stop, the evacuation of air from the showcase to the outside.
The lower part of the device is treated in a similar manner, in the sense that behind the air vent 3, formed by the frame of the mirror, is the box 6, the rear wall 10 of which pivots about an axis borizontal to block and gradually adjust the introduction of fresh air into the store or the room behind the glass. The upper bottom 11 of the box 6 is provided with longitudinal openings 12, placed immediately behind the mirror to give access to the fresh air in the interior of the display case.
One can easily see by the arrows of FIG. 1 and 2 that the box 6 lends itself to the supply of fresh air from the outside and box 5 to the exhaust of the interior air and that as well for the window as for the store or room located behind showcase.
Instead of being metallic, the frame of the mirror could also be made of wood or any other material.
The blades 4, inclined and fixed in the embodiment shown, could be vertical and tilting, in the kind of louver blades. They could also be arranged vertically or horizontally and be shaped according to any design.
The ventilation device described allows continuous and permanent air circulation, adjustable at will, without incurring costs for its operation. The good ventilation thus obtained prevents the formation of mist on the ice. In addition, the combination of the framing of the mirror with the air vents of the device contributes to increasing the decorative aspect of the display case. In the second embodiment, fig. 6 to 10, the device -described above is completed by the addition of a lateral air circulation.
For this purpose, the uprights of the frame of the mirror form vertical air vents: 13, arranged on each side of the upper 7 and lower 6 air vents. In turn, the air vents 13 communicate on the interior side with channels 14, the side wall of which-15, opposite the mirror, is provided with longitudinal openings 16, placed immediately behind the mirror 1, to provide access to the fresh air in the interior of the display case, as indicated by the arrows in fig. 10.
It goes without saying that the upper half of these additional air vents could be used for exhausting air from the glass. Similarly, the channels 14 could be constructed to also communicate with the interior of the store, that is to say the room located behind the window.
The ventilation device described can be applied to all types of display cases (cross. Or doors) whatever their destination.
