Abstract

The letter box is divided into compartments located one above the other. Each has a sloping base (8,9,10) and a slot (2a,3a,4a) for the mail (11) to be dropped in. Each of the compartments has a door (5,6,7) which is locked separately by a lock (5b). The doors are hinged at the top (5a). The box has rectangular sides and a base (14) with an open front below the bottom door.
