Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Seitenriss der Einrich tung mit beendigter Wicklung, Fig. 2 eine Stirnansicht hierzu; Fig.ä und 4 zeigen einen Seitenriss und eine Stirnansicht nach Überleitung .des Fa dens vom vollen auf den leeren Wickel körper;
Device for initiating the winding process on splicing machines, in which an empty bobbin is automatically brought to the work station. In the device for initiating the winding process on winding machines, in which an empty bobbin is automatically brought to the work station,
According to the main patent, with the cooperation of a movable thread guide and a movable thread catcher, the winding thread is brought from the bobbin leaving the job into the area of the moving thread catcher and then from this he grasps, whereupon the winding thread is directed onto the new bobbin to be wound. It he allows this to transfer the) Vicklungs work automatically flawlessly from the coil leaving the job to the empty coil arriving at the job, for the purpose of each production of a new winding.
A further development of the device on this basis is provided according to the invention, as after the same on the individual winding spindle a thread catcher forming spring ring is clamped, which by means of a protruding arm catches the thread from the winding spindle wegbe away from the job to him the winding spindle that has come to the job site to be wound up.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention. Fig. 1 shows a side elevation of the Einrich device with completed winding, Fig. 2 is an end view of this; Fig.ä and 4 show a side elevation and an end view after transition .des Fa dens from the full to the empty winding body;
FIG. 5 shows a head of a winding spindle equipped with the thread catcher in a view with partial section, and FIG. 6 shows an end view of FIG. 5.
A idol winding machine is assumed with an only partially shown support body which has an end disk 1 to which a second end disk (not shown) is firmly connected by a hollow shaft 2.
This support body 1, 2 sits by means of its shaft 2 on a fixed support rod 3, along which the support body is switched step by step when building the Kötzerwick depending on this in the direction of the arrow I according to FIG. The front face 1 has two arms 1 'and 1 "which protrude in the plane of the disk, of which, according to FIG. 4, the second strikes against bar 5, where -the support body 1
2 is secured against turning. On the support body are two one of the diametrically opposed winding spindles 6 and 16 'mounted, respectively, at the gezeichne th end a head 7. 7 'have which for receiving a bobbin, 8 BEZW. r8 'serves; this can be attached to a spindle attached to the head and protruding from it.
The support body 1, 2 performs half a turn on its support rod 3 under given conditions, so that the two winding body 8, 8 'mutually swap their position, with the finished wound body away from the job and the empty winding body in the job is brought.
The incoming winding thread 9 passes over a stationary thread guide 14 which, when the winding machine is operating, swings back and forth with a constant deflection corresponding to the stroke on the winding cone in the direction of the longitudinal direction of the winding body. A thread sensor (not shown) works with the coil winding that is being manufactured,
which by means of the step-by-step .Schaltung the support body 1, 2 causes; this circuit can happen purely mechanically or with the help of an electric motor.
At the head of the two winding spindles 6 and 6 ', the thread catcher 19 is arranged in a circumferential groove, which consists of a steel or other material to the, open spring ring is formed, one end of which is a protruding catch arm 19' for the thread. This spring ring is provided on the face at the head end of the relevant winding spindle conical surface 23 (see Fig. 5)
brought into the circumferential groove provided on the spindle head and is held in its position on the spindle head by clamping action; this allows the spring washer to be quickly mounted on the winding spindle and replaced if necessary. At the end drawn be the support body 1, 2, a head 24 lying in the Age of the shaft 2, on wel chem in two diametrically opposed holes a guide arm 25 respectively. 25 'is arranged for the thread.
The guide arms 25, 25 'are straight around the fastening end and are arcuate from a knee 26 to the free end.
When the winding has reached the required length, the end disk 1 comes with its arm 1 ', which interacts with the stop bar 5, beyond the relevant end of the bar 5, as shown in FIG.
Then the support body 1, 2 is rotated by (not shown) means by half a turn according to FIG. 2 in the right direction about its support rod 3 and at the same time withdrawn to the water by spring force in the starting position, as in Fig. 1 by an arrow II indicated. According to Fig. 3 and 4, this rotary and Ver sliding movement of the support body 1, 2 has taken place, the winding spindle 6 with the full bobbin 8 swivels away from the job and instead the empty,
Coil S 'supporting winding spindle 6' in the work place, has been pivoted, in which the winding spindle automatically with a drive element to non-positive connection he holds and is thus driven in the sequence; a drive belt can serve as a drive element, which is effective on the winding spindle located in the working position.
The rotational movement of the supporting body has been limited by striking the arm 1 ″ of the end disk 1 on the bar 5, as can be seen from FIGS. 3, 4, whereby the supporting body is subsequently secured against unintentional rotation the mentioned rotary movement of the support body 1, 2 of the winding thread 9 is lifted by the circular wandering movement executing coil @ 8 since Lich from the thread conductor 14 and before transient from its trajectory .ge brought.
When in the direction of arrow II in Fig. 1 displacement of the supporting body into its starting position, the winding thread 9 is wound in elongated turns around the winding of the coil 8, as shown in FIG. 3, and comes into the movement path of the guide arm '2 @ 5 ', along which it slides to knee 2,6.
The winding thread 9 also comes into the area of the loading trajectory, the protruding tentacle arm 19 'of the thread catcher 19 provided on the winding spindle 6', is captured by this and subsequently stuck between the thread catcher 19 and the head 7 'of the winding spindle ss' caught in order then to be wound onto the coil 8 'moved into the work place.
The thread is on the other hand in. The knee 26 of the thread guide 215 'gives a certain hold, in particular because this knee 26 lies back axially with respect to the head of the winding spindle and accordingly also with respect to the catch point given to the winding thread on the winding spindle 6',
whereby the thread at the transition from the full bobbin 8 to the empty bobbin 8 'is accordingly deflected laterally towards the thread conductor 14 and the bobbins. As a result, the winding thread is transferred in a safe manner from the full bobbin to the empty bobbin and a reliable separation of the winding thread by tearing it on the path between the two bobbins is guaranteed.
The winding thread is separated after a few turns were laid at the rear end of the bobbin that was moved away from the job and was still rotating due to the centrifugal force, creating a kind of final winding, so that the thread end in question was the bobbin and thus so-called flying thread is avoided. As a result, the coil 8 'is wound and it repeats see. The game explained.
The ready-made Kötzerspule moved away from the job is taken from its spindle, which can happen at any time during the winding of the winding body 8 ', which is now in working position, but of course is made before completion of this Kötzerspule.
At the head 7, the winding spindle 6, an empty winding body is again arranged, which is then pivoted in the next rotational movement of the support body and thus caused circular wandering movement, the winding spindles is pivoted into the job. During this rotary movement of the support body, the thread guide 25 comes into effect, which then guides the winding thread to the thread catcher 19 of the winding spindle 6.
Thread remnants hanging on the thread catcher 19 of the individual winding spindle can easily be freed by turning the thread catcher by hand in such a direction that the thread remains get into the gap of the open spring ring.
The full bobbin occurs at full speed, the circling wandering motion starts and the empty bobbin is brought to full speed by the drive belt before it reaches the job, so that it can be wound on it at the same working speed immediately can.
The term winding spindle is to be understood in the broadest sense of the word, and may refer to a winding reel connected to a drive spindle, which, however, carries out the circular traveling movement without .die drive spindle.
The device within the meaning of the invention can also be used on winding machines without circular wandering movement ider winding spindles that replace each other in the workplace.
