Zum Anpressen Deckels an Kochtöpfe dienende Vorrichtung. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine zum Anpressen des Deckels an Koch töpfe dienende Vorrichtung. Damit soll be zweckt werden, das bekannte Brennstoff und -Zeit sparende Spar-Koch-Verfahren durch führen zu können, ohne dass ein kostspieliger Sparkochtopf bezw. ein Kochtopf besonderer Art angeschafft werden muss.
In beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Vor richtung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt und Fig. 2 einen Grundriss desselben.
Die gezeichnete Vorrichtung besitzt zwei symmetrisch zueinander angeordnete federnde Drahtbügel 4 und 5, welche je aus einem Drahtstück angefertigt und mittels Hülsen 6 und 7 zusammengefügt sind.
Die zusammengefügten Enden dieser bei den Bügel 4 und 5 sind umgebogen und er geben einen ringförmigen Fussteil, welcher auf dem Deckel aufliegt und somit den Druck gleichmässig verteilt. An den ausladenden und federnden Bügel enden 8 und 9 sind die beiden aus Blech streifen gebildeten Befestigungsorgane 10 und 11 gelenkig befestigt, die mit Haken 12 ver sehen und so bemessen sind, dass sie an den Henkeln oder unter dem Bördelrand des Topfes eingehängt werden können; womit die ganze Vorrichtung den Deckel auf den Topf rand presst.
Um den Rand des Deckels 2 des Koch topfes 1 nach Fig. 1 wird ein Gummidich tungsring 3 gelegt, welcher vorteilhaft den in Fig. 1 gezeigten U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
Die Federkraft der Vorrichtung ist so bemessen, dass bei gewissem, geringen Über druck der Deckel gehoben wird und Dampf entweichen kann. Die beiden Schraubenfeder teile der Bügel können auch in grösserer Anzahl, wie gezeichnet, vorhanden oder weg gelassen sein, je nach Dicke oder Federkraft des verwendeten Drahtes respektive des ver langten, von der Vorrichtung auf den Deckel auszuübenden Druckes. Es können auch drei Bügel verwendet werden, deren Befestigungs organe dann zweckmässig den Bördelrand des Topfes untergreifen. Die Bügel können auch in der Länge verstellbar ausgebildet sein, so dass sie sich leicht an verschiedene Topf grössen anpassen lassen.

The device shown has two resilient wire brackets 4 and 5, which are arranged symmetrically to one another and which are each made from a piece of wire and joined together by means of sleeves 6 and 7.
The joined ends of these at the brackets 4 and 5 are bent over and they give an annular foot part which rests on the cover and thus distributes the pressure evenly. At the expansive and resilient bracket ends 8 and 9, the two sheet metal strips formed fasteners 10 and 11 are articulated, which see ver with hooks 12 and are dimensioned so that they can be hung on the handles or under the beaded edge of the pot; with which the whole device presses the lid onto the edge of the pot.
To the edge of the lid 2 of the cooking pot 1 according to FIG. 1, a rubber sealing ring 3 is placed, which advantageously has the U-shaped cross section shown in FIG.
The spring force of the device is dimensioned in such a way that with a certain, slight overpressure the lid is lifted and steam can escape. The two helical spring parts of the bracket can also be present in larger numbers, as shown, or left out, depending on the thickness or spring force of the wire used or the ver extended pressure to be exerted by the device on the lid. It can also be used three brackets, the fastening organs then expediently reach under the flanged edge of the pot. The brackets can also be designed to be adjustable in length so that they can be easily adapted to different pot sizes.
