Fig. 3 und 4 sind Einzelheiten des An triebes.
Press for fruit and the like. The present invention relates to a press for fruit and similar pressed material, for example apples, pears, grapes, etc.
In this press, an endless, step-by-step forward moving belt, which transports the material to be pressed, interacts with pressing bodies that move up and down. The running speed of the belt ausgebil Deten as a link chain is designed to be variable with the same number of strokes of the pressed bodies. This ability to change the link chain means that the pressure can be changed.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically. There are Fig. 1 is a front view of the Pressevor direction, partially in section, Fig. 2 is a side view, also partially if in section.
Fig. 3 and 4 are details of the drive to.
In an existing made of profile iron Ge alternate 1, two shafts 2, 3 with gears 4, 5 are rotatably mounted horizontally. On each of these lies an endless (Gall's) link chain 6, 7 to which the press-bed planks 8 are attached.
The planks 8, with the side walls 9 attached, form a trough-shaped (prismatic) container to which moist material to be pressed 11 is continuously fed through a funnel 10. Above the material to be pressed, a pressing plate 14 hangs on gniebebel pairs 12, 13, which can be pressed down onto the material to be pressed by stretching these levers, while the press-bed planks 8 then rest on the supports 8 '.
The drive for this, as well as for the step-by-step movement of the press web, is provided by a drive machine 15 which acts on a toothed wheel 16 which can be coupled to a large gear 18 by a rod 17 for the purpose of starting the press. A pinion 20 is seated on the shaft 19, which in turn meshes with a gear 22 seated on the shaft 21. The wheel 22 adjusted with the crank and connecting rod 23, the lever pairs 12, 13. The press plate 14 is raised and lowered ge. The advance of the press material container is inevitably linked to the press plate movement.
A fixed cam disk 24 and a loosely rotatable stepped disk 25 are also seated on the shaft 21 (FIG. 3). A compression spring 26 causes the cam disk 24 to intermittently engage the disk 25 via the stops 27, 28. As the latter rotates, a rope 29 is wound onto the disk 25 until a fixed stop 30 moves the cam disk 24 axially against the spring action on the shaft 21 and the disk 25 is thus out of engagement with the cam disk 24. The rope 29 is guided over rollers and fastened at the opposite end to a claw 31 which, when tightened, advances a bevel wheel 32 seated on the shaft 2 in jerks.
A counterweight 33 pulls the claw 31, and with it the rope 29 and the pulley 25 back into the initial position. This advance path or the speed of the compressed material web can now be changed in accordance with the existing winding stages of the disc 25 by winding the rope 29 on one or the other stage of the disc. The advance could also be changed by relocating the rope's point of application on the claw 31.
After having been exposed to at least a number of pressures by the press plate, the material to be pressed is loosened by a rake and removed from the press path by stripping plates. The juice flows through channels and holes in the wooden press bed into an aluminum collecting basin 35, the outlet of which ends in a wooden tub 36 '. This prevents iron parts from coming into contact with the liquid.
In order to be able to avoid dangerous overpressure ver, the bar 36 is loosely placed on the carrier 37. On your carrier 37, the levers 38 rest on the cutting edges 40 and are rotatably mounted on the pin 39 of the frame 1. Each lever 38 carries an adjustable weight. If the pressing pressure reaches a certain value that can be set in advance, the bar 36 can deflect against the effect of the weight on the levers 88. The press bed and the press bodies are arranged interchangeably.
The press is advantageously used in such a way that the pressure remains resting on the material to be pressed for an arbitrarily selectable time. Furthermore, the press can be built in such a way that a certain reprint takes place. This can be achieved in that the upper pivot pins of the toggle levers are arranged in a spring-mounted and vertically guided bar, not shown. The material to be pressed can also be wrapped in cloths and subjected to the pressing and the press as absorbed. Packing press can be used.
