Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen Nitro-disazofarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhalti gen Nitro-disazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man dianotiertes 1-Amir.to-4- nitrobenzol in essigsaurem Medium mit 1 amino-2-äthogynaphthalin-6-sulfonsaurem Na trium kuppelt, den gebildeten Aminoazofarb- stoff weiter dianotiert,
die Diazoverbindung in essigsaurem Medium mit 2-benzoylamino- 5-ogynaphthalin-7-sulfonsaurem Natrium kup pelt und den so erhaltenen Farbstoff mit einer wässerigen Lösung von Kupfersulfat unter Zusatz von Essigsäure kocht.
Der neue Farbstoff stellt getrocknet ein dunkles Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit grüngrauer und in konzentrierter Schwefel säure mit grüner Farbe löst und Baumwolle in hervorragend lichtechten grüngrauen Tönen färbt.
Beispiel: 13,8 Teile 1-Amino-4-nitrobenzol werden mit 35 Teilen Salzsäure vom spei. Gewicht 1,15 und 6,9 Teilen Natriumnitrit wie üblich dianotiert. Die Diazolösung lässt man dann bei 0 C in eine mit Natriumacetatlösung versetzte Lösung von 28,9 Teilen 1-amino- 2-äthogynaphthalin-6-sulfonsaurem Natrium fliessen. Dann wärmt man auf<B>70'</B> C an, stellt durch Zusatz von Natriumcarbonat deutlich alkalisch, filtriert den gefällten Farb stoff ab und befreit ihn durch Auswaschen mit Salzwasser von der Mutterlauge.
Darauf hin löst man die Paste in etwa 2000 Teilen Wasser und dianotiert erneut mit Hilfe von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit und 35 Teilen Salz säure vom apez. Gewicht 1,15. Nach Beendi gung der Dianotierung kuppelt man unter gutem Rühren in der üblichen Weise mit 41 Teilen 2-benzoylamino-5-ogynaphthalin-7- sulfonsaurem Natrium in einer überschüssigen Natriumacetat enthaltenden Lösung. Nach beendeter Umsetzung wird angewärmt und der Farbstoff wird durch Zusatz von Natrium chlorid gefällt, abfiltriert und gewaschen.
Die Paste wird nun in Wasser gelöst und essigsauer mit 35 Teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat einige Stunden unter Rühren zum Sieden erhitzt. Der metallhaltige Farb- stoff wird abgesaugt, mit Wasser gewaschen, dann mit Natriumcarbonat in Wasser ange rührt Lind wieder isoliert.

When dried, the new dye is a dark powder that dissolves in water with a green-gray color and in concentrated sulfuric acid with a green color and dyes cotton in excellent lightfast green-gray tones.
Example: 13.8 parts of 1-amino-4-nitrobenzene are spei with 35 parts of hydrochloric acid. Weight 1.15 and 6.9 parts of sodium nitrite dianotized as usual. After the reaction has ended, the mixture is warmed and the dye is precipitated by adding sodium chloride, filtered off and washed.
The paste is then dissolved in water and heated to boiling with acetic acid with 35 parts of crystallized copper sulfate for a few hours while stirring. The metal-containing dye is filtered off with suction, washed with water, then stirred with sodium carbonate in water and isolated again.
