Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum     Ilau-ptpatent        Nr.   <B>208950.</B>    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man einen neuen  wertvollen     Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man       Äthyloxäthylaminobenzol,    die     Diazoverbin-          dung    des     1-Amiiio-4-nitrobenzol-2-methyl-          sulfons    und     Phthalsäureanhydrid    derart auf  einander einwirken     lässt,

          dass    der saure     Phthal-          säureester    des     Äthyloxäthylaminobenzols    ge  bildet wird und der     Diazorest    in     4-Stellung     zur tertiären     Aminogruppe    eintritt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein  dunkles Pulver, das sich in Form eines     Alkali-          salzes    in Wasser mit rotvioletter Farbe löst  und     Acetatkunstseide    ans     wässriger    Lösung  in rotvioletten Tönen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In die     Diazolösung,    die man aus<B>216</B>  Teilen     1-Amino-4-nitrobenzol-2-methylsulfon     herstellt, trägt     inan   <B>313</B> Teile des sauren       Phthalsäureesters    des     A-thyloxäthylamino-          betizols,    erhalten durch Umsetzung von     Phthal-          säureanhydrid    mit     Äthyloxäthylaminobenzol,     der in Form einer     wässrigen    Lösung eines       Ammoniumsalzes    vorliegt, ein.

   Man führt die  Kupplung durch längeres Rühren zu Ende    und kann auch allenfalls neutralisierende       31ittel,    wie z. B.     Natriumacetat,    zugeben. Der  Farbstoff wird dann     abfiltriert    und etwas mit  Wasser gewaschen. Man verrührt ihn dann  mit einer     Natriumehloridlösung    und stellt mit       Natriumcarbonat    oder mit Ammoniak auf den       Neutralpunkt.
