Ballspritze.
Ball injection. The invention relates to a ball syringe. With all previous washing machines, irrigators or women's showers, real and controllable cleaning and drying of the inner surfaces of the hoses, pipes and balls was not possible.
As a result, there is the possibility that deposits of the rinsing liquid, bacteria and mold can form and accumulate inside the relevant device and get into the human body when it is next used and cause diseases and health disorders there.
Attempts with a division in the longitudinal direction of the ball are ruled out from the outset, as the required seal, especially on the neck, can never be achieved.
The invention dozes the task of creating the possibility for a thorough interior cleaning of all surfaces touched by the contaminated liquid by dividing the ball transversely and dividing the flushing pipe lengthways. The compression of the z.
B. flanged abutting edges of the ball can be expedient by means of angled screw rings and the compression of the Spü.lrohrteile by screwing on threaded caps respectively. Rings with conical outlets, which are also conical and flanged to the pipe threads on the connecting supports.
The ball can consist of a front dome made of solid material and a rear ball dome made of elastic material.
In the neck part, an inner thread is advantageously arranged, into which the pipe g o is screwed. The rear dome is expediently connected to the front fixed dome with a socket by means of an angled screw ring.
If elastic material is used for both ball parts, an intermediate piece of the appropriate design can be inserted into the neck, into which the flushing pipe is screwed and the connection of the two flanged ball parts by two angle rings that can be screwed against each other and press the flanges between them be made.
You can then also shape a cap on the neck of the front cap.
When using a front dome made of solid material, a cap can be pushed over the neck of the suction and pressure ball.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is illustrated, for example. 1 shows a cross-section of a ball syringe with a ball consisting of a fixed and a flexible dome, FIG. 2 shows a syringe with a suction and pressure ball made of two flexible domes, and FIG. 3 shows the flushing tube in cross-section , Fig. 4 shows an insert tube when used as an enema syringe.
According to Fig. 1 is a dome 1 made of solid material, for. B. hard rubber, metal, molding compound shown, on the neck of a closing bell from 2 made of elastic material is pushed. In the rear edge of the dome 1, an annular groove 3 is formed into which the flange 4 of the rear dome 5 made of soft rubber comes to rest. A reliable sealing device between the two halves of the ball 1 and 5 is achieved by an angle ring 7 screwed onto the external thread 6 on part 1.
The flushing pipe 8 screwed into the internal thread of the neck is divided longitudinally and the partial edges with ribs 9 respectively. Grooves 10 equipped.
The outside diameter of the flushing pipe is larger than that of the threaded projections 11, so that conical transitions (annular surfaces) 12 are ent, to which conical annular surfaces 13 in the neck and 14 in the cap 15 correspond. The surfaces 13 and 14 are slightly steeper than the transitions 12 th, so that a firm compression of the tube when screwing into the neck BEZW. The cap 15 is screwed on. 16 are beam holes.
If the front ball part 17 is made of soft rubber according to FIG. 2, it also receives a flange 4. To compress the flanges 4, a double angle ring 18 is used, the individual parts of which can be screwed together.
In this example, the bell 19 is molded onto the neck. To screw in the flushing tube, a Ge threaded ring can be used in the neck or an intermediate tube piece 20 can be inserted with a screw chuck. The flushing pipe 2 shown in FIG. 4? presents an enema tube, the halves of which are secured by a ring 23 to be put away.
All rigid parts of the syringe are made of hard rubber, a molding compound or metal.
