Description
Weft bobbin changing device for changing looms with double bobbin magazine. The present invention is a bobbin changing device for web chairs with a double bobbin magazine and automatic bobbin change. Up to now, the triggering of the coil hammer hitting the new coil in the contactors was effected independently of the release of the replacement coil required from the coil stack, which easily led to operational disruptions.
In contrast, according to the invention, the new bobbin is taken out by the winding hammer during its initial movement from the stack, which is ready depending on the movement of the vertical box, and transferred into the striking position.
This is achieved in that the coils, which are stacked on fixed, inclined tracks, are fed to the common outlet opening by means of reel guide vanes, which are rotatably mounted independently of one another and which are expediently facing the tracks, in such a way that
that the initial movement of the bobbin hammer using a curved guide and a linkage also moves one of the bobbin guide vanes at the same time, so that it grips the bobbin to be hammered and transfers it into the hammer path.
In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a view of an embodiment of the device according to the present invention in the idle state, FIG. 2 at the moment of the bobbin change, FIG. 3 shows a view of a bobbin with parts of the winding hammer acting on it.
The reels are stacked on the fixed inclined tracks 2 and 3, which lead to a common outlet opening 4. In the middle between the tracks 2 and 3, two swiveling spool guide vanes 23 and 24 facing the tracks are mounted so that they can rotate independently of one another. Are controlled: the blades by the rods 5 and 6, which hang on a two-arm yoke 7.
The center of the yoke is linked to a link lever 8. A bolt 10 of the bobbin hammer 11 engages in the cam groove 9 of the lever 8. In addition to the rods 5 and 6, the rods 12 and 13 are articulated on the yoke 7 and lead to the locking levers 14 and 15. The locking sectors 16 and 17, which are controlled by a common control rod 1,8, are located above these.
The rod 18 is inevitably connected to the two-cell riser box, so that the segments 16, 17 always release the type of coil of the shooter currently running. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the sector 16, the reel side, of the lever 14 is blocked. Sector 17 has released lever 1.5.
The reel hammer 11 is drawn by the spring 19 to a stop 20 in the rest position. Wind in the direction of the arrow, the hammer 11 moves in a known manner,
when the bobbin change is initiated by the @ bobbin sensor through an empty bobbin and the shooter to be loaded with a new bobbin is in the correct position.
The striking finger 21 of the bobbin hammer 11: then pushes a new bobbin out of the opening 4 into the guard, supported by the auxiliary hammer 22 that is inevitably connected to it (FIG. 3).
The coil enters the opening 4: in the following way: In Fig. 2, the bolt 10 has passed through the lifting piece, the curve 9. As a result, the cam lever 8 has moved the rod 6 through the yoke 7 and with this the bobbin guide vane 24 "downwards."
The shovel 24 allowed the coil 1 ′ lying in it according to FIG. 1 to slide off and its movement was helped by a sudden impulse of the shoulder 25. The coil 1 ′ has thus inevitably reached the spring pin 21 in front of the opening 4 and is now reliably gripped by the trailing hammer part 21.
At the same time, the blade back shoulder 26 supports the remaining coil 1 <B> V '</B>. This only falls into the shovel after the hammer 11 has fallen back to its stop 20 and has rotated the shovel back into its rest position.
