Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines zum Aufbau eines Möbelstückes, einer Tür,  eines Fensters usw. verwendbaren Rahmens.    Die zum Aufbau von Möbelstücken, Tü  ren, Fenstern usw. verwendeten Rahmenteile  wurden bisher so     angefertigt,    dass man     Längs-          und    Querstücke zu einem Rahmengebilde zu  sammenfügte. Abgesehen von den verhält  nismässig langwierigen Vorarbeiten, die beim       Anfertigen    eines solchen Rahmens an den  Verbindungsenden der einzelnen Rahmen  stücke jeweils auszuführen sind, ergeben  sich beim fertigen Rahmen Stossfugen, die  sich mit der Zeit vielfach öffnen, wodurch  das Möbelstück     etc.    verunstaltet wird.  



  Die vorliegende Erfindung     bezweckt,    diese  Nachteile zu beheben. Sie betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines Rahmens, der  aus mindestens einem     Deckrahmenstück    be  steht und für den oben erwähnten Zweck  dient. Dieser Rahmen kennzeichnet sich da  durch, dass man zur Vermeidung von Stoss  fugen im     Deckrahmenstück    für dieses     Stück     eine volle, tafelförmige     Platte    verwendet,  aus welcher je nach der gewünschten, dem       Deckrahmenstück    zu gebenden Form ein    oder mehrere, kleinere oder grössere Stücke  ausgeschnitten werden.  



  Das Verfahren gemäss der     Erfindung    ist  im folgenden anhand der beiliegenden Zeich  nung beispielsweise erläutert.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt einen in üblicher Weise her  gestellten Rahmen, der aus zusammengefüg  ten Längs- und     Querstücken    a     bezw.    b be  steht und auf dessen Nachteile eingangs be  reits aufmerksam gemacht wurde;  Die     Fig.    2 und d zeigen in einer Vorder  ansicht     bezw.    in einem     Querschnitt    zwei ver  schiedene, nach dem vorliegenden Verfahren  hergestellte Rahmen.  



  Wie aus     Fig.    2 ersichtlich ist, weist der  in dieser Figur veranschaulichte, von einem       Deckrahmenstück        r1    gebildete Rahmen im  Gegensatz zum Rahmen gemäss     Fig.    1 kei  nerlei Stossfugen auf. Zur Herstellung eines  solchen Rahmenstückes verwendet man eine  volle, das heisst durchgehend ununterbro  chene, z.

   B. aus gepresstem     Hochfasermate-          rial    bestehende Platte oder Tafel, aus wel-      eher, falls man dem     Rahmenstück    die in       Fig.    2 gezeigte     Form,    zu geben wünscht, zwei  den beiden     Rahmenöffnungen    c und d ent  sprechende Stücke ausgesägt werden.  



  In vielen-Fällen ist es zweckmässig, das  auf die soeben erläuterte Weise hergestellte  Rahmenstück zu verstärken.     In        Fig.    3 ist  mit     B    ein eine einzige Rahmenöffnung auf  weisendes, fugenloses     Deckrahmenstück    be  zeichnet, welches zwecks Verstärkung dessel  ben auf einem aus Längs- und Querstücken  zusammengefügten     Blindrahmen    C aufge  leimt ist. Je nach der     Verwendung    eines sol  chen verstärkten Rahmens, z. B. bei der Ver  wendung desselben als Fensterrahmen, ist es  erwünscht, den Blindrahmen C wenigstens  teilweise zu verkleiden.

   Gemäss     Fig.    3 ist  die hintere Seite dieses Blindrahmens C mit  einem ebenfalls aufgeleimten     Rahmenteil    e  verkleidet, welcher zweckmässig auf ähnliche  Weise und aus dem gleichen Material wie  das     Deckrahmenstück        B    hergestellt wurde.  Gegebenenfalls können auch die Schmalsei  ten des     Blindrahmens    C verkleidet sein.  



  Die beschriebenen Rahmen eignen sich  insbesondere zum Aufbau von Küchen  möbeln, können aber auch zum Anfertigen  von     andern        Möbelstücken,    Türen, Fenstern  usw. verwendet werden.

  The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks. It relates to a process for the production of a frame that consists of at least one cover frame piece and is used for the above-mentioned purpose. This frame is characterized by the fact that to avoid butt joints in the cover frame piece, a full, tabular plate is used for this piece, from which one or more, smaller or larger pieces are cut out depending on the desired shape to be given to the cover frame piece.



  The method according to the invention is explained below with reference to the accompanying drawing voltage, for example.

Depending on the use of such a reinforced frame, e.g. B. when using the same as a window frame, it is desirable to cover the dummy frame C at least partially.

   According to FIG. 3, the rear side of this blind frame C is covered with a frame part e which is also glued on and which was expediently produced in a similar manner and from the same material as the cover frame piece B. If necessary, the Schmalsei th of the dummy frame C can be covered.



  The frames described are particularly suitable for building kitchen furniture, but can also be used for making other pieces of furniture, doors, windows, etc.
