Vorrichtung zum Einfüllen von Flüssigkeiten in Gefässe mit kleiner Öffnung, insbesondere in Parfümaschen, Arzneiilascben nsw. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Einfüllen von Flüs sigkeiten in Gefässe mit kleiner Öffnung, insbesondere in Parfümflaschen, Arzneifla schen usw. aus einem grösseren Lagerbe hälter.
Die Vorrichtung ist gemäss der Erfindung gekennzeichnet durch einen in den Lager behälter einsetzbaren Pfropfen, in welchem eine nach aussen ragende Ausgussdüse und ein nach innen ragendes Luftrohr befestigt sind, welch letzteres durch eine kleine Off- nung im Pfropfen mit der Aussenluft in Ver bindung steht, derart, dass beim Ausgiessen von Flüssigkeit Luft irr das Innere des La gerbehälters eintreten kann.
In der Zeichnung sind drei Ausführungs formen des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 die ganze Vorrichtung teilweise im Schnitt; Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen je eine Ausführungs form mit abschraubbarer Düse. Der vorzugsweise aus Metall hergestellte Pfropfen 1 weist eine zentrale Bohrung 2 und eine weitere Längsbohrung 3 auf, welch .letztere oben in einer feinen Durchgangs öffnung 3' endet. In die Bohrung 2 ist ein oben abgebogenes Röhrchen 4 gesteckt, dessen freies Ende 5 leicht konisch verläuft und in einer Düse endet. In der Bohrung 3 ist ein Röhrchen 6 angeordnet, das ins Innere eines Lagerbehälters, zum Beispiel einer Flasche reicht.
Der Pfropfen ist von einem Kork ring 7 umgeben, so dass das Ganze im Fla schenhals gut dichtend sitzt. Durch Auf bringen eines dickeren Korkringes (strich punktiert dargestellt) kann derselbe Pfropfen auf Flaschen von verschiedenen Halsweiten verwendet werden.
Beim Kippen der Flasche entleert sich der Inhalt derselben durch die Bohrung 2 und das Röhrchen 4, während durch die Öffnung 3', die Bohrung 3 und das Röhr chen 6 die nötige Luft in das Flaschen innere geführt wird. Bei dem vorliegenden Erfindungsgegenstand ist es möglich, den Inhalt von grossen Flaschen praktisch ver lustfrei direkt in Flaschen mit kleiner Öffnung zu giessen. Es ist dies in Apo theken, Drogerien, Parfümerien besonders von Vorteil.
Es könnte das Röhrchen 4 aber auch, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, mit auswechselbarem Dü senstück 8 versehen sein.
Wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt ist, ist die Düse 9 direkt in den Pfropfen 1 einge schraubt. Im übrigen gleicht diese Ausfüh rungsform der in Fig. 1 dargestellten.
