Die Bügelenden 12 be sitzen Schlitze, in welchen geile lösbar sit zen.
Device for the production of hollow bodies intended for building purposes. The invention relates to a device for the production of hollow bodies intended for construction purposes from a plasti's material containing a hardening binding agent and cork pellets.
The accompanying drawing shows, for example, six embodiments of the device, namely: FIG. 1 a perspective view, and FIG. 2 a cross section of the first embodiment of the device, FIG. 3 a side view, and FIG. 4 a top view a core holder which can be used in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the device in the diagram,
Fig. 6 shows a cross section through the device according to Fig. 5, Fig. 7 and 8, a further embodiment of the device, respectively. 9 and 10 still another embodiment of the device in view and in cross section, FIGS. 11 and 12 each have a modified individual part of the embodiment according to FIGS. 9 and 10, FIGS. 13 to 16 two other embodiments of the device.
The first embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4 has a molding box, consisting of two profiled iron sheets 1, 2, the profiles of which together correspond to that of the molded body to be produced. The iron sheets are held together by brackets 3, which are releasably connected to each other by means of pins 3 '. Instead of the Bü gel 3, brackets and the like could be used. The sheets 1, 2 each have a row of holes near their upper and lower ends.
At the lower end of the molding box is a footplate 4 of Stif th 9, which are inserted through the holes of the lower row of holes in the sheets 1, 2, carried. The bottom plate 4 contains holes in which the hollow 5 are. The cores are fixed at the other (filling) end by a core holder 6. The core holder has conical attachments 7, which like to hold and at the same time prevent the material from being filled into the cavities of the like when the latter is filled into the molding box falls.
The cross section of the likes is approximately elliptical in the example provided; but it could also be round. They could be arranged in one row or in several rows instead of two rows, as shown.
The device also includes a press plate, which is placed on the material after the material has been filled into the molding box. The device also includes a pressing device (not shown).
The production of a molded body with the help of this device can now go in the fol lowing way: After assembling the side walls of the molding box and inserting the bottom plate, the cores and the core holder, the material containing the cork pellets and a hardening binder is in plastic state inserted and pressed. Bitumen, for example, can be used as a hardening binder.
After the preliminary pressing of the material, the core holder is removed and the upper press plate 8, which has the same perforations as the base plate, is placed and then pressed into the molding box by a piston of the pressing device, not shown, until it is below the in the jacket of the mold is provided above the row of holes.
Since the main component of the material, the crushed cork, is very elastic, the upper pressing plate is locked in its lowest position by means of the iron rods 9, until the binding agent has solidified or set. It could also be seen several, one below the other upper rows of holes for the rods in order to determine the press plate in which pressing positions can.
After pressing, the cores are first removed from the mold, then the press and base plates are lifted off, the cladding plates are removed and the hollow stone is exposed.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6, the molding box has a part 10 formed by a profiled iron sheet, as well as a cover plate 11. This has openings through which the ends of brackets 13 which are guided around the molding box part 10 engage. The temple ends 12 be sitting slots in which horny releasable sit zen. In the mold box part 10 slidable press plates 14 and 15 are like 16 slidably mounted ver. At the ends of the mold box 10 and the press plate 11 are holes through which iron rods 17 can be inserted.
In the manufacture of the hollow body from plastic material, which has cork and it has hardening binding agent, the iron rods 17 are removed from the cover plate 11 and the molding box part 10 and the pressing plates 14, 15 are placed on the front ends of the molding box part 10. Then the material is, after lifting the cover plate 11, poured into the molding box and tamped ge.
Then the cover plate 11 is placed on the molding box part 10 and pressed firmly against the molding box part 10 by means of the wedges, and then the two pressing plates 14 and 15 are pushed forward simultaneously and to the same extent into the molding box by means of a pressing device, which closes the two through two racks has actuating plunger and is designed similarly to that in Swiss Patent No.
173318 described pressing device. As soon as the press plates 14, 15 have passed the rows of holes at the end of the cover plate 11, the iron rods 17 are inserted. Since the main component of the material, the cork shot, is soft and elastic, the press plates are locked by means of the iron rods 17 before the pressure is released until the binder solidifies or is bound off.
After the material has solidified, the cores are first loosened from the molding box, then the wedges, the press plates 14, 15 and the cover plate 11 are removed, whereupon the hollow block can be removed from the molding box.
The ends of the bracket 13 could also be threaded and, for example, carry wing nuts by means of which the cover plate 11 is held firmly in place on the mold box part 10.
In the embodiments of the device according to FIGS. 7 to 10, the pressing is not carried out in the longitudinal direction of the cores, but in a direction which is normal to this.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8, the molding box has a four-sided Man tel 18, on whose opposite end sides holes are attached, in which cores 19 are located. Two press plates 20, 21 are arranged in the molding box. Both press plates can be moved in the jacket and can be pushed against the cores by means of a press piston.
If a hollow body consisting of crushed cork and a hardening binder is to be produced using this molding box, the three upper iron rods 22 are pulled out of the box, whereupon the press plate 21 is lifted and the material is filled into the molding box. So that the filling material can be brought to the places under half of the cores more easily, these can be temporarily removed at the beginning of the filling.
When the molding box is filled with material, the press plate 21 is placed and a press exerts pressure on the plate 20, 21 until the desired density of the material is reached. After pressing, the pressing plates 20 and 21, before the pressing pressure is released, are locked by means of the iron rods 22, which are inserted into rows of holes in the casing 18, until the binding agent has solidified or set.
The cores are then first removed from the mold box, then the rods 22 are removed, the press plates 20, 21 are lifted off, and here the hollow body is pulled out of the jacket. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 9 and 10, the mold box part 23 formed by the bottom and two longitudinal side walls consists of a piece of sheet iron; can be placed on the outside reinforcements. Holes for receiving rods 34 are provided along the free longitudinal edges of the box part 28.
Head plates 24 and 25, which are attached to the box part 23, contain elongated holes in which cores 26 are slidably located: A press plate 27 is located in the molding box so that the material can be brought under the cores more easily these are taken out of the holes and then put back in after some of the material has been filled. So much material is filled in that the cores resting on the filled-in material do not rest on the lower edge of the elongated holes.
When the molding box is filled, the material is tamped; then the press plate 27 is placed on and pressed into the molding box until the press plate has passed the holes intended for receiving the Stan gene 34, whereupon the rods 34 are inserted to lock the press plate 27. During the pressing process, the material is first pressed between the press plate 27 and the cores. The pressure spreads to the latter, where the kernels give way downwards. The material below the cores is also pressed.
So that the material cannot swell out through the elongated holes of the head plates 24, 25 during pressing, sliding cover plates 28 are attached to the inside of those plates, the perforations of which correspond exactly to the core cross-sections. A sheet 28 can contain the holes for all cores on each head plate 24, 25. This sheet then simultaneously serves as a spacer for the cores 26.
The cores can also, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, be suspended by means of sheet metal pieces 29 located on the outer sides of the head plates 24, 25. 11 by means of a hook 30 which is rotatably hinged to the sheet metal piece 29 and which is connected to a spring 31 over the upper end face 32 of the plate 24 or 25 is held.
When a certain pressure is exceeded, the pressure exerted on the metal sheets 9 and hook 30, the hooks 30 slide off the upper end face 32 of the plates 24, 25. The force that is required to release the hook 30 is less, the steeper the surface 32 and the weaker the spring 31. The pressing plate 27 is, as described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10, held in their pressed position by rods 34, not shown in the drawing, which are pushed through holes in the molding box.
FIG. 12 shows a suspension in which the hook 30 can be unhooked by the pressing plate 27 pushed into the molding box by a press. When the press plate hits a disc 33 rotatably mounted on the plate 24, the latter is rotated. It pushes against the hook 30 and adjusts it against the We action of the spring 31 until the hook slides off the top plate 24.
13 and 14 show a further embodiment. FIG. 13 shows the molding box in a longitudinal section, ready for filling, while FIG. 14 shows a cross section through the filled molding box after it has been pressed. The cores 40 are mounted in the head plates of the molding box. The pressing plate 41 and bottom plate 42 are ver slidable in the molding box. For the purpose of reinforcement 42 1-beams 44 are provided on the base plate. With 45 resilient ge superimposed roles are referred to.
When pressing, the pressing pressure is exerted on the pressing plate 41. This pressure is propagated through the mass on the molding box, so that the rollers, which are under spring action, move upwards and the molding box comes to rest with the rails on the floor. With further pressure ver pushes not only the upper plate 41, but also the lower plate 42 into the molding box.
When both plates have reached the position shown in FIG. 14, they are secured in their position by inserting the pins 43 into the molding box. As soon as the pressing pressure on the pressing plate 41 ceases, springs (not shown) lift the molding box upwards, as a result of which the I-beams 44 are lifted from the floor. The rollers 45 allow easy and effortless removal of the molding box. Only after the mass has hardened are the pins 43 pulled out and the molded block removed from the mold.
A final embodiment is shown in FIGS. 15 and 16. Rollers 46 are arranged on the molding box so as to be pivotable about axes 47. The links 49 are firmly connected to the base plate 52 which can be pushed into the molding box. Springs 48 strive to keep the rollers in the position shown in FIG. The device is in this position during filling.
When pressing by a pressing piston acting vertically downward on the pressing plate 51, the roller support arms are pivoted outwardly by the members 49 against the action of the springs 48 about the axes 47. The links 49 slide on the inclined back surfaces 50 of the roller support arms upwards until they pass a nose formed by the roller support arms (FIG. 16), whereupon the springs 48 pivot the roller support arms back a little,
so that the latter grip with the nose under the members 49 and thereby hold them and thus also the base plate 52 in position. If the pressure on the plate 51 is released, the springs 48 of the roller support arms pivot even further inward, the box being lifted until it no longer rests on the floor with the rails of the base plate. This facilitates the removal of the filled molding box.
As with the devices according to FIGS. 9 to 12, the upper pressing plate is also here held in its pressing position by rods which are inserted through holes until the mass hardens.
