Description

  

  Verfahren     fiur    Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten  tes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines       Xzofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass man     diazotierte        2-Amino-4-          sulfo-l-benzoesäure    mit     1-Methyl-3-phenyl-          5-pyrazolon    kuppelt.

           Beispiel:       21,7 Gewichtsteile     2-Amino-4-sulfo-l-          benzoesäure    werden in 300     Gewichtsteilen     Wasser und 25 Gewichtsteilen Salzsäure von  <I>20'</I>     B6    gelöst und mit 6,9 Gewichtsteilen       N        atriumnitrit    als     2n-Lösung        diazotiert.    Diese       Diazolösung    läuft in eine     ätznatronalkalische     Lösung von 17,4 Gewichtsteilen     1-Methyl-          3-phenyl-5-pyrazolon    ein.

   Nach vollendeter  Kupplung wird der Farbstoff mit Kochsalz       ausgesalzen,    filtriert und getrocknet.    Er stellt ein gelbes Pulver dar, das Wolle  aus saurem Bade in gelben     Tönen    färbt, die  sich nach erfolgter Behandlung mit Chrom  salzen durch gute Echtheitseigenschaften  auszeichnen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotierte 2-Amino-4-sulfo-l-benzoesäure mit 1-Methyl-3-phenyl-5-pyrazolon kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein gel bes Pulver dar, das Wolle aus saurem Bade in gelben Tönen färbt, die sieh nach erfolg ter Behandlung mit Chromsalzen durch gute Echtheitseigenschaften auszeichnen.
