Description
Einspritzdüse für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einspritzdüse für Verbrennungskraftmasohinen und besteht darin, dass ein Einspritzöffn'ungen aufweisen der Fortsatz der Düse am freien Ende eine Vertiefung besitzt. Der Übergang zwischen der äussern Begrenzung des Düsenfortsatzes und der Vertiefung kann als Rotationsfläche oder als scharfe Kante ausgebildet sein.
Einige Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfin dungsgegenstandes sind auf der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellt.
Fig. <B>1</B> zeigt einen Schnitt durch den innern Teil einer Einspritzdüse; Fig. 2 und<B>3</B> zeigen weitere Düsenenden in grösserem Massstab.
Der Düsenkörper<B>1</B> weist gemäss Fig. <B>1</B> an seinem freien Ende einen kegelförmigen Fortsatz 2 auf, in welchem die Eingpritz- öffnungen <B>3</B> angeordnet sind. Das freie Ende 4 des Fortsatzes 2 besitzt eine Vertiefung 4, die zum Beispiel geschliffen ist.
Gemäss Fig. 2 ist der Übergang zwischen der äussern Begrenzung des Düsenfortsatzes 2 und der Vertiefung 4 als Rotationsfläche<B>5</B> ausgebildet und gemäss Fig. <B>3</B> als scharfe Kante<B>6.</B> Durch die Vertiefung am freien Ende der Einspritzdüse wird verhindert, dass aus den DüseDöffnungen <B>3</B> strömender Brennstoff am freien Ende der Düse hängen bleibt, verkokt und die Düsen verstopft. Dadurch wird nicht nur die Betriebsdauer der Ma schine, sondern auch die Lebensdauer der Einspritzdüse erhöht.
