Stenerating device with servomotor for automatic control of a closing element arranged in a pressure line, in particular in a long centrifugal pump pressure line, depending on the draft prevailing in the through line. The invention relates to a control device with a servo motor for automatic control of one in a pressure line,
in particular a closing element arranged in a long centrifugal pump pressure line depending on the pressure prevailing in the pressure line and consists in the fact that the cylinder of the servomotor is connected to the pressure line via a pressure accumulator and a non-return element connected upstream of the pressure accumulator is, in particular for the purpose of ensuring a safe closing of the closing element even if the pressure in the pressure line drops rapidly.
A circulation line can be connected in parallel to the non-return element, which automatically allows the pressure maintained by the pressure accumulator during the closing process to drop automatically to a given value after the closing process. It can be useful to install an adjustable throttle element in the circulation line in order to be able to set the speed at which the pressure in the pressure accumulator drops as desired.
The servomotor connected to the pressure line via the pressure accumulator and the non-return element can also be arranged so that it acts indirectly on the closing element via a second servomotor, the control of which it sets, for the purpose of being able to keep the pressure accumulator small.
The servomotor working together with the pressure accumulator is advantageously designed in such a way that it controls the outlet of the cylinder side of the second servomotor that keeps the closing element open.
If the outlet of the reopening respectively. The servomotor side causing the closing element to be kept open is designed so that it is <U> more </U> disengaged from the piston during the closing movement of the servomotor piston, so the closing movement is gradually slowed down so that a strong impact occurs the closing body is prevented from being seated.
In order to simplify the system, the pressure accumulator itself can also be designed as a cylinder side of the servomotor. Finally, the servo motor can be designed and built into the pressure line of the pump so that its piston itself forms the closing element.
Some embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown schematically on the drawing.
<B> 1 </B> is <B> '</B> a diagram illustrating the changes in pressure over time during a closing process, FIG. 2 shows a section through a first exemplary embodiment and FIG. 3, </ B> 4, <B> 5 </B> or <B> 6 </B> a similar section through <B> each </B> another exemplary embodiment.
In FIG. 2, a is a centrifugal pump, 1) a long pressure line of the pump, <B> c </B> a closing element built into the pressure line, which has the purpose of actively closing the pressure line itself to avoid backflow when the operating pressure in it, for example as a result of failure of the pump drive current, drops below a certain amount.
The closing element is automatically controlled by a servo motor, whose right cylinder side, which causes the opening of the closing element, is constantly connected to the pressure port of the pump through line e, and its left cylinder side, which closes the closing element the line <B> f </B> is constantly connected to a point <B> g </B> in the pressure line located some distance from the pump nozzle, so that the pressure on the closing side during normal operation is lower than in the opening side,
on the other hand, when the return flow begins, a higher pressure than is set in the <B> opening </B> side see, and this has the effect that when the pump is started, it automatically opens and during normal operation it automatically keeps it open and in the event of a power failure, the closure organ is automatically closed.
h is an adjustable stop tube that works together with the piston rod of the servomotor, through which the operating position of the closing element can be set by hand as required.
In order to ensure that the closing organs <B> c </B> close securely even when the conveying pressure drops rapidly, i.e. when the pressure at <B> g </B> is approximately equal to the pressure when the pressure drops rapidly has become at the pump connector, a well-known pneumatic pressure accumulator i, as well as a non-return element <B> k </B> connected upstream of this, is installed in the supply line <B> f </B> of the servomotor, which probably allows an inflow of Funding in the accumulator, respectively. in the closing side of the servomotor,
however, a backflow from the same into the delivery line is not permitted. In this way it is achieved that the pressure in the accumulator, and thus also in the closing side of the servomotor, is maintained at the desired level for at least <B> as </B> even with a rapid pressure drop in the nozzle and delivery line a secure closure of the closing body is required.
In the diagram (Fig. 1), the pressure changes occurring during such a closing process are plotted as a function of time, and line <B> 1 </B> represents the pressure profile at point <B> g, </B> Line 2, the pressure curve in the pressure accumulator i, and in the left respectively. Closing side of the servo motor, and line <B> 3 </B> the pressure curve in the pump nozzle, as well as in the right resp. The opening side of the servomotor.
From the point in time t ", at which the power fails and the closing element together with the servo motor piston is in the position shown, the pressures at <B> g, </B> in the stub and in the right servo motor side decrease rapidly, while the pressure prevailing in the pressure accumulator and in the left servo motor side remains unchanged almost unchanged due to the air in the accumulator -vorhan and due to the non-return device preventing a backflow.
As a result, the servomotor piston together with the closing element is entrained by the overpressure prevailing in the left servomotor side, which is indicated by the distance between lines <B> 1 </B> and 2, with a corresponding displacement of liquid from the right servomotor side shifted a certain speed to the right into the final position, which approximately, at time t ,. should be achieved.
From this point on, the various pressures increase again to finally, after a few fluctuations, change to the steady state of rest, which lasts until the machine is put back into operation. As a result of the strong overpressure shown by the lines <B> 1 </B> and 2 during the closing process, it is sufficient that the closing element is closed all the more energetically, the faster the pressure in the delivery line sinks.
The non-return element is also connected in parallel with an adjustable throttle element <B> 1 </B>, which on the one hand, after the closing process has taken place, the accumulator internal pressure, <B> and </B> thus the pressure in the servomotor on the closing side lets a given value decrease,
and on the other hand, when the closing element is reopened, the overpressure prevailing in the connection piece and on the right side of the servomotor during the restart of the pump allows a corresponding outflow of pressure medium from the closing side of the servomotor. Through the throttle element of the circulation line, both the speed of the pressure reduction and the pressure medium return flow can be set by hand as desired.
The processes are analogous in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, which only differs from the one according to FIG. 2 insofar as the servomotor <B> d </B> working together with the pressure accumulator is not direct , but acts indirectly via a second servomotor n on the closing element c by controlling the outlet from the side of the second servomotor that causes the opening of the closing element through the pilot control element o.
A non-return element r is built into the line e, which allows pressure medium to flow from the pump pressure connection into the opening side to reopen the closing element c when the pump is restarted. Furthermore, the top of the servomotor <B> d </B> is permanently connected to the pump housing by a line q, for the purpose of
for the opening of the organ o to allow an outflow and for the closing of this organ an inflow of conveying means into the upper side of the servomotor.
In FIG. 4, the servomotor is shown in use on a wedge slide built into the conveyor line. The closing side of the servo motor cooperating with the pressure accumulator is itself designed as a pressure accumulator, while the opening side is brought into connection with the pressure side of an additional pump impeller, through which in this side during normal operation higher pressure than is generated and maintained in the pressure line.
In FIG. 5, an application to a rotary valve built into the delivery line is shown, which differs from FIG. 2 in principle only by the force transmission mechanism acting on the valve, and finally in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the arrangement iso is made,
that the piston of the servomotor that works together with the pressure accumulator itself forms the closing element c built into the pump flow line. The servomotor is connected by two lines n to a further control, not shown, through which it respectively. the closing element can also be opened and closed by hand, for example, independently of the processes in the pump and pressure line.
The servomotor control described can of course also be used for other types of closing elements, such as, for example, spherical slides, needle slides, pressure outlet slides and the like. It can also be used, for example, in large systems for controlling a closing element arranged in a bypass line.
in which a non-return flap acting independently of the servomotor can be arranged in the main line.
