Bettbesehlag. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bettbeschlag zum lösbaren Befestigen der Bettwangen am Bettkopf- und Fussteil, wobei Wangen und Bettkopf- resp. Fussteil mittels Schrauben muttern zusammengezogen werden können.
Die bekannten derartigen Bettbeschläge bestehen entweder aus mit Zapfen lose zu sammensteckbaren Haken oder aus mittels Löchern auf Schraubbolzen aufsteckbaren und festklemmbaren Winkeln. Die lose mit den Zapfen in Eingriff stehenden Winkel erfor dern ein Stemmloch oder einen Zwischen raum zwischen Bettkopf- bezw. Fussteil und den Stirnflächen der Bettwangen, so dass die Verbindung<B>nur</B> lose hält, bei der geringsten Erschütterung des Bettes knarrt und Nist plätze für das Ungeziefer bietet.
Die Schraub bolzen der festklemmbären Winkel hingegen erschweren das Aufstecken der gelochten Winkel und ragen mit ihren Muttern in den Bereich des Bettzeuges, wodurch dieses leicht Beschädigungen ausgesetzt ist. Ausser dem müssen bei den bekannten Bettbe- schlägen die Bettwangen sowohl mit dem Kopf-, wie auch mit dem Fussteil des Bettes nacheinander verbunden werden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung besteht nun darin, dass die einen Beschlagteile eine Gabel und die andern einen Haken aufweisen, welche Beschlagteile unabbängig voneinander an den Stirnenden der Bettwangen derart befestigt sind, dass die Gabel und der Haken über die Wangenunter- resp. -oberkante hinausragen, das Ganze derart,
dass beim Zusammensetzen der Betteile vorerst die Gabel und hierauf der Haken von der Seite her in die übereinander am Bettkopf- und Fussteil befestigten Mutterschraubenbolzen gehängt und zwecks Vermeidung von Spiel mittels der Muttern fest gegen Bettkopf- resp. Fussteil gezogen werden können.
Dadurch ist der Bettbeschlag einerseits von der Bettwangenhöhe unabhängig und braucht nur in einer Grösse hergestellt zu werden und kann ohne Verwendung von Stemmlöchern angebracht werden. Ausserdem wird durch das nacheinander erfolgende Ver binden der Gabel und des Hakens mit den untern -und obern Schraubenbolzen das Zu sammensetzen und Auseinandernehmen der Betteile erleichtert.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungs gegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Aus führungsform schaubildlich veranschaulicht, wobei der Bettkopfteil und die Bettwange nur mit dünnen Linien dargestellt sind.
Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist, weist der eine Teil des zweiteiligen Bett beschlages eine Gabel 3 und der andere einen Haken 4 auf. Beide Beschlagteile besitzen T-Form. Die beiden Besehlagteile sind an einer Stirnseite der Bettwange 2 unabhängig voneinander derart befestigt, dass die Gabel 3 über die untere Kante der Bettwange und der Haken 4 über deren Oberkante hinaus ragt. Im Kopf- und Fussteil 1 des Bettge stelles sind der Lage der Gabel 3 und des Hakens 4 entsprechend angeordnete Schrau benbolzen 5 befestigt, welche mit Muttern 7 ausgestattet sind. Die Beschlagteile sind in die Stirnseiten der Bettwange derart einge lassen, dass sie mit der Stirnfläche bündig sind.
Die Stege 6 der beiden T-förmigen Beschlagteile sind auf die Bettwangenunter- bezw. -oberkante aufgesetzt; zweckmässig sind sie aber ebenfalls in die Wange eingelassen.
Die mit dem dargestellten Beschlag aus gerüsteten Teile des Bettgestelles können zum Beispiel folgendermassen zusammenge setzt werden: Die Bettwange 2 wird zuerst mit den Gabeln 3 auf die untern Schraub bolzen 5 des Bettkopf- und Fussteils 1 von der Seite her aufgesteckt, so dass sie um diese Schraubbolzen 5 gegen die obern Schraubbolzen geschwenkt werden kann. Die an ihren Schraubbolzen anechlagenden Haken 4 werden nun durch leichtes Anheben der Bettwange auf die obern Schraubbolzen auf gehängt; so dass die Bettwange in der rieh- tigen Lage von diesen getragen wird.
In dieser Stellung der Bettwange werden die Schraubenmuttern 7 festgezogen und dadurch die Stirnflächen der Beschlagteile und der Bettwangen an den Kopf- bezw. Fussteil des Bettes spaltlos angepresst. Beim Zerlegen des Bettgestelles kann die Bettwange nach Lösen der Schraubenmutter durch Anheben und Aus schwenken vom Kopf- und Fussteil gleicbzei- tig abgenommen werden.
