Description
Wärmeaustauscher. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Wärme- austauscher mit Rippenrohr. Das Rippenrohr des erfindungsgemässen Wärmeaustausöhers hat einen tropfenprofilartigen Querschnitt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung im Quer schnitt dargestellt.
Das mit einer Anzahl rechteckiger Rip pen 1 versehene Rohr 2 hat tropfenprofil- artigen Querschnitt, konstruiert nach den Strömungsgesetzen der Aerodynamik. Solche Wärmeaustauscher werden in der Regel zu einem Aggregat neben- und hintereinander zusammengebaut. Dieses in einer Heiz- oder Kühleinrichtung zum Wärmeaustausch be nützte Aggregat wird meistens von einem Luftstrom in der Richtung der Längsachse des Rohrquerschnittes durchstrichen, und zwar vorteilhaft in der Richtung von der breiteren nach der schmäleren Seite hin, in der Zeichnung von links nach rechts.
Durch den tropfenprofilartigen Querschnitt des Rippenrohres wird nun bekannten Wärme austauschern mit im Querschnitt elliptischen Rippenrohren gegenüber der Vorteil erzielt, dass das Rohr der auf dasselbe aufprallenden Luft eine grössere Wärmeaustauschfläche bietet, die Luft anfänglich stärker seitwärts bewegt und mischt und infolgedessen auch ein besserer Wärmeaustausch unter den Tei len des Luftstromes, das heisst eine gleich mässigere Erwärmung resp. Kühlung des ganzen Luftstromes erzielt wird.

Such heat exchangers are usually assembled into a unit next to one another and one behind the other. This aggregate used in a heating or cooling device for heat exchange is mostly traversed by an air flow in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the pipe cross-section, advantageously in the direction from the wider to the narrower side, in the drawing from left to right.
Due to the teardrop profile-like cross-section of the finned tube, known heat exchangers with finned tubes with an elliptical cross-section are now achieved over the advantage that the tube offers the air impinging on it a larger heat exchange surface, the air initially moves more sideways and mixes and, as a result, a better heat exchange between the Parts of the air flow, that is, a more even heating, respectively. Cooling of the whole air flow is achieved.
