Staupendel für Wanderroste.
Es ist bei Pendelstauern bekannt, auf der Rückseite Kühlrippen vorzusehen und an diesen entlang durch ein Gebläse Luft zu blasen, die dann durch entsprechende Spalten im Staupendel in den Feuerraum hineingelangt.
Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung sind auf der Rückseite des Staupendels unten und oben offene Luftkanäle bildende Rippen vorgesehen. Dadurch werden wesentliche Vorteile erzielt. Zunächst wird die in den Kanälen befindliche Luft durch die heissen Wandungen erwärmt, steigt nach oben und saugt neue kalte Luft in die Kanäle hinein, die ihrerseits den Wandungen des Staupendels Wärme entzieht. Je grösser die Erhitzung der Pendelstauer ist, um so grösser wird die Menge der durch die Pendelstauerkanäle hindurchgesaugten Luftmenge und um so wirkungsvoller wird die Kühlwirkung. Dies geschieht ganz un- abhängig von dem im Feuerraum herrschenden Drucke und ohne besondere Luftfördereinrichtungen.
In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung in mehreren Ausführungsbeispielen dargestellt, u. zw. zeigen : Fig ; l einen senkrechten Schnitt nach Linie a-a der Fig. 2, Fig. 2 einen wagerechten Schnitt nach Linie b-b der Fig. 1 durch die erste Ausführungsform, Fig. 3-6 lassen die übrigen Ausführungsformen im Schnitt erkennen.

According to the present invention, ribs forming open air channels are provided on the rear side of the storage pendulum at the bottom and top. Significant advantages are thereby achieved. First, the air in the ducts is heated by the hot walls, rises up and sucks new cold air into the ducts, which in turn draws heat from the walls of the pendulum. The greater the heating of the pendulum congestion, the greater the amount of air sucked through the pendulum congestion channels and the more effective the cooling effect. This happens completely independently of the pressure prevailing in the furnace and without special air conveying devices.
