Description
Wärmeaustauschdoppelrohr. Es sind Doppelrohre für Wärmeaustauschzwecke, insbesondere für Verflüssiger oder Verdampfer von Kältemaschinen, bekannt, bei denen das primäre Kältemittel den ringförmigen Raum zwischen Innen- und Außenrohr durchströmt, während der sekundäre Wärmeträger (das Kühlwasser oder die Sole) die Außenwände des Außenrohres und die Innenwände des Innenrohres bespült. Auch ist es bekannt, dem primären Kältemittel hierbei einen schraubenartigen Weg vorzuschreiben, dadurch daß zwischen Innen- und Außenrohr ein Draht, dessen Durchmesser gleich dem`Zwischenraute zwischen Innen-und Außenrohr ist, schraubenartig gelagert ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich ebenfalls auf ein solches Doppelrohr mit Schraubendrahteinlage. Die Neuerung besteht darin, daß die Entfernung der Windungen des Schraubendrahtes nach einer Richtung hin ständig abnimmt, wodurch auf einfachste Weise der dem durchströmenden Kältemittel zur Verfügung stehende Querschnitt verringert wird. Hierdurch wird bei solchen Wärmeaustauschern, in denen bestimmungsgemäß das hindurchströmende Kältemittel von dem gasförmigen in den flüssigen Zustand versetzt (kondensiert) wird oder umgekehrt, eine günstigere Ausnutzung des Querschnittes ermöglicht. Je nachdem ob das durch ein solches Rohr geleitete Kältemittel verflüssigt oder vergast werden soll, ist selbstverständlich der Einlaß an die Seite des größeren bzw. kleineren Querschnittes zu verlegen.Heat exchange double pipe.
