Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     wasserunlöslichen        Azofarbstoifes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser  unlöslichen     Azofarbstoffes,    dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man die     Diazoverbindung    des       1-Aminobenzol-2    .     4-diäthylsulfons    mit     1-          (2'.        3'-Oxynaphthoylamino)-4-chlor-2-methyl-          benzol    kombiniert.  



  Der so erhaltene     Monoazofarbstoff    ist ein  leuchtend     hellgelbrotes    Pulver. Er wird  zweckmässig in     Pastenform    verwandt und  liefert wertvolle goldorange     Farblacke    und  Färbungen, wenn auf der vegetabilischen  Faser erzeugt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  2,8 Teile     1-Aminobenzol-2.4-diäthylsul-          fon    werden bei 30   C mit 3,2 Teilen     Nitro-          sylschwefelsäure        diazotiert    und die Reak  tionsmasse auf Eis gegeben.

   Die so erhaltene  klare     Diazolösung    wird mit einer Lösung  von     3,2    Teilen     1-(3'-3'-Oxynaphthoylamino)-          4-chlor-2-methylbenzol    in verdünnter Na-         tronlauge    kombiniert, die mit     Türkischrotöl     und einer zum     Absättigen    des Mineralsäure  überschusses genügenden Menge Natrium  acetat versetzt ist. Der ausgeschiedene Farb  stoff wird     abfiltriert    und gut gewaschen.

Der so erhaltene Monoazofarbstoff ist ein leuchtend hellgelbrotes Pulver. Er wird zweckmässig in Pastenform verwandt und lie fert wertvolle goldorange Farblacke und Färbungen, wenn auf der vegetabilischen Faser erzeugt.
