Device on motor vehicles for actuating the movable compaction parts of convertible bodies. The subject of the invention is a device on motor vehicles for actuating the movable top parts of convertible bodies. The device according to the invention is distinguished in that it is of the hydraulic type. Appropriately, the movable top parts are non-positive, z.
B. via gears, crank gear, joints or linkage with min least one piston which is movable in a cylinder, with a pump for optional displacement of the piston in one direction or the other is provided and the body depending on the direction of movement of the piston is opened or closed.
The subject of the invention is shown on the drawing in two exemplary embodiments, with FIGS. 1 and 2 schematically showing the Vorrich device on a convertible, while FIGS. 3 and 4 show the device on the sliding roof of a sedan or the like.
In the example of Figs. 1 and 2, the main bow 1 of the convertible, i. b. the spar, which is articulated on the fixed lower part of the body and is approximately vertical in the closed position of the roof, is provided with a toothed ring sector 2, which meshes with a toothed rack 3, has a cylindrical shape and is longitudinally displaceable in the fixed cylinder 4. At the ends, the rack 3 is provided with sealing plates 5 in order to form a double-impact piston.
A line 6 opens at each of the ends of the cylinder, and one or the other line can optionally be connected to a liquid pump 8 through the two-way valve 7. The line 6 not connected to this pump is connected to the liquid container 9. If the liquid in one or the other of the cylinder spaces separated by the piston is pressurized by the pump 8 by hand or by machine, this causes a displacement of the piston, with the liquid lying in front of it in the direction of movement of the piston in the container 9 is pushed back.
The movement of the piston causes the transom 1 to pivot so that the body roof can be opened or closed as required.
The bow 1 is angeord net and designed in such a way that its drive alone is sufficient to open and close the roof, so that the piston does not need to be coupled to other parts of the roof.
According to FIGS. 3 and 4, only the inner part of the body roof can be collapsed, the covering being held taut in the transverse direction by transverse rods 10. These rods 10 are ge leads in sliding guides 11 on the longitudinal edges of the roof opening. They are connected to one another by Nuremberg scissors 12, the outer joints of which sit on sleeves 13 which are longitudinally displaceable on the rods 10 ge leads. The free ends of the scissors are hinged to slides 15 which are arranged in a cylinder 14 which is firmly seated on one of the transverse edges of the roof opening.
The slide 15 are formed, for example, in the same way as the rack 3 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 as a double-sided Kol ben. A pressure medium line 16 opens into the cylinder space between the rails 15, while two branches 17 open to the other pressure medium line at the two outer ends. By means of a pump, the pressure medium can be pressurized either in the line 16 or in the branches 17, wherein it flows back from the non-pressurized line into a liquid container.
If the line 16 is put under pressure, the Nuremberg scissors pull together, whereby the rods 10 are brought closer to one another and the sliding roof is opened. This position is shown in Fig. 4 Darge provides. If the line with branches 17 is put under pressure, the Nuremberg scissors are stretched out. and the sunroof closed. Of course, you can also bring about any intermediate positions. Such is shown in Fig. 3, where the roof is closed to about 1 / c ge and to '/ s is open.
