Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent<B>Nu. 175355.</B>    Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    von wertvollen Eigenschaften  erhält durch Kupplung von     diazotiertem          0-Brom-2.4-dinitroanilin    mit     Igono-ss,y-dioxy-          propyl-a-naphthylamin,    erhalten durch Kon  densation von     a-Naphthylamin    mit,     a-Chlor-          ss,y-dioxypropan.     



  Der neue Farbstoff ist ein in Wasser un  lösliches dunkles Pulver, das in Aceton mit  blauer, und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure  mit roter Farbe löslich ist     und    nach dem       übliehen    Verfahren     Acetatseide    in schönen  blauen Tönen anfärbt. Die Färbungen     ze-i-          .c'"en    gute     Echtheitseigensehaften    und sind  <B>en</B>  rein weiss     ätzbar.    Das neue Produkt ist auch  ein     -,utes    Färbemittel für Lacke.  



  n    <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>131</B> Teile     6-Brom-2.        4-dinitro-anilin    wer  den in bekannter Weise mit einer     Nitrosyl-          schweff--#lsäure,    entsprechend<B>35</B> Teilen     Na-          triumnitrit        diazotiert.    Die     Diazoniumlösuno-          wird    filtriert und mit<B>108,5</B> Teilen     ss,y-Di-          oxypropyl-a-naphthylamin,    gelöst in<B>100</B> Tei  len konzentrierter Salzsäure und 4000 Teilen    Eiswasser, bei<B>0</B> bis<B>5 '</B> zur Kupplung ge  bracht.

   Nach einiger Zeit ist die     Farbstoff-          bildung    beendet; man kann sie durch<B>Ab-</B>  stumpfen der stark sauren Reaktion be  schleunigen. Der ausgeschiedene Farbstoff  wird in bekannter Weise     aufgearbeitet,        ver-          pastet,    oder,     naell    dem Trocknen bei mässig  hoher Temperatur, zu einem Färbepräparat  verarbeitet.
