Druckwasserfilter.
Pressurized water filter.
The present invention relates to a pressurized water filter. This filter could be designed in this way. that it can be connected to a water tap and clamped, or it could be designed for installation in a pressurized water pipe, for example in front of a valve or slide.
The filter according to the invention has a filter housing in which at least one filter body intended for filtering the water and provided with a central bore is exchangeably arranged, in the bore of which there is an outlet pipe provided with transverse bores, which at the same time serves to hold the filter body in the filter housing, wherein a cavity is provided between the lateral lateral surface of the filter body and the inner wall of the housing, such that the water can enter the filter body over the entire lateral lateral surface of the latter.
In the accompanying drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter are shown, namely:
FIG. I shows a longitudinal section through a filter to be connected to a tap,
Fig. 2 shows this filter connected to a tap,
3 shows a longitudinal section through a large filter installed in a pipeline.
The pressurized water filter shown in Figs. 1 and 2 has a downwardly open housing 1, which extends at the top into a neck with an external thread, in which the outlet mouthpiece of a tap 6 of a pressurized water line protrudes and onto which a union nut 2 is screwed, which has a rubber ring 3 presses tightly against the outlet mouthpiece. A chain 5 is attached to a handle 4 of the union nut 2, which is placed around the cock body 6 and the free end of which is hooked onto the second handle 7 of the union nut 2 so that the filter is secured against accidental loosening from the cock 6.
The downwardly open housing 1 is closed by a union nut 8, between which and the housing 1 a sealing washer 9 is arranged. An outlet pipe 16 provided with a head and shaft 13 protrudes through a bore in the union nut 8, and transverse bores 15 open into its inner cavity 14.
A filter body 10, which may consist of fired porous chamotte stone or pumice stone, for example, is plugged onto this outlet pipe 16 and has a central bore 11 with a diameter that is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the outlet pipe 16. A seal 17 is provided between the head 13 of the outlet pipe 16 and the filter body 10 and there is also a thread on the outlet pipe 16 on which a wing nut 18 is arranged, so that when it is tightened the filter body 10 rests firmly on the union nut 8, whereby water can only get into the interior of the drain pipe 16 through the pores of the filter body 10.
There is a cavity between the lateral jacket surface of the filter body and the inner wall of the filter housing. The water flowing into the filter from the tap 6 enters the interior of the filter housing 1 and penetrates the entire lateral surface of the filter body 10 and comes through the transverse bores 15 into the cavity 14 of the outlet pipe 16, through which it leaves the filter . It can also be arranged one above the other with a plurality of filter bodies. The grossa shown in FIG. 3 has a similar structure. older on. This pressurized water filter has a housing 1 which is open at the top and rests on a stand 19.
At the bottom of the housing there is a bore to which the drain line is connected with the seal 24. Above the hole in the bottom of the housing 1, the outlet pipe 13 is attached to it with an identical seal 24 in between. The outlet pipe 13 is closed at the top and is provided there with an external thread. The wall of the tube 13 is provided with transverse bores 15 which open into the cavity 14. The filter body 10 with its central bore 11 is now placed on this outlet pipe and is firmly supported on an extension of the pipe 13 by a gag nut 23 with washer 22 and seal 21 screwed onto the pipe 13.
The housing is closed by a cover 20, which is held in place by means of a screw nut 23 screwed onto the pipe 13 with the interposition of the disk 22 and the seal 21. There is a cavity between the lateral surface of the filter body and the inner wall of the housing. Depending on the type of water, whether soft or hard, the filter body can consist of fired porous chamotte stone or pumice stone.
The dimensions of the filter are adapted to the minimum amount of water flowing through it, whereby several individual filter bodies can also be arranged one above the other, depending on the resulting dimensions.
