Description

  

  Verbindung von Rohren, insbesondere Kupfer- und Messingrohren.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Ver  bindung von Rohren, insbesondere von     Kupfer-          und    Messingrohren, wie solche z. B. bei Haus  installationen verwendet werden.  



  Die     Zeichnung    stellt Ansicht und Schnitt  durch eine beispielsweise Rohrverbindung  dar. Das Verbindungsstück a besitzt     beider-          ends    eine     Ausdrehung    mit Gewinde und In  nenkonusfläche, in welche Ausdehnungen je  ein Rohr c     bezw.   <B>ei</B> geschoben ist.

   Eine       Hülse    b, bestehend aus einem Kopfteil zum       Angriff        eines    Schlüssels, einem Mittelstück  mit Gewinde und einem dünnwandigen Vor  derteil b' wird mit Hilfe eines Schlüssels in  die     Ausdrehung    des Verbindungsstückes     a     eingeschraubt, wobei sich der dünnwandige  Vorderteil<I>b'</I> der Hülse<I>b</I> gegen die genannte       Konusfläche    des Verbindungsstückes a     ver-          stemmt    und sich dadurch kräftig an das Rohr c       bezw.    ei     anschmiegt.     



  Ist bei dünnwandigen Röhren das Ein  wärtsdrücken des     innern    Endes durch den  Vorderteil b' zu befürchten, so kann in dieses  Rohrende eine Verstärkungshülse d einge-    schoben werden. Der dünnwandige Vorderteil  b' kann auch als von der Hülse b getrennter  Ring ausgebildet sein. In diesem Falle ist  es auch möglich, den Innenkonus an der       Schraubhülse    selbst auszubilden.  



  Die beschriebene Rohrverbindung ermög  licht einen dichten Anschluss der Rohrenden  am Verbindungsstück ohne die Rohrenden  bearbeiten zu müssen. Statt Kupfer- und  Messingrohre kommen z. B. auch Aluminium  rohre in Frage.
