Gasbrenner an Wassererhitzern.
Um die Glühspirale zu schonen, ist eine Vorrichtung vorgesehen, die den Glühdraht überbrückt, wenn die Stichflamme brennt (Fig. 2), Die im Hauptpatent bereits er wähnte Bimetallscheibe m trägt den Ven tilkörperi. Der Ventilsitzv ist gegen den Hauptkörper k elektrisch isoliert angeordnet;
Gas burners on water heaters. The subject of the present invention is a gas burner on water heaters, for example on gas bath stoves and the like, according to the main patent. The present gas burner is controlled by a water lock which is built into the line. which leads the water flowing through the water heater.
This Was serstrGmschloss dominates an electrical circuit, which runs over a glow wire intended for igniting the gas emerging from the pilot flame valve and also over the electromagnet of an electromagnetically controlled control gas valve that controls the gas flow to the pilot flame valve. The whole purpose be that the gas path to the pilot flame valve is open. when both water flows through the water heater and there is electricity to ignite the ignition gas.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown schematically. Fig. 1 shows schematically the arrangement of the gas burner device of a first imple mentation; 2 shows schematically the pilot valve with the electrical part of this embodiment; Fig. 5s shows a pilot flame valve of a second embodiment in section.
A water flow lock 2 with an electrical contract is built into a water pipe 1. A control gas valve 3 is provided in the gas supply line 5 which leads to the pilot flame valve S. From the line 5, the feed line 6 branches off to the regulating chamber.
A gas feed line 7 leads from line 5 under the control membrane. 8 shows the glow wire intended for igniting the gas in the circuit 4, which can be fed from an electrical network via a transformer 10; but it could also be connected to a battery.
If water is tapped at any point after the water seal 2, the water flow lock 2 is adjusted in the flow direction by the water flow and the contact of the electrical circuit 4 is closed. The electric current flows through the coil of an electric magnet 11, which controls the gas valve 3, and at the same time through the glow wire B. The wire 8 comes to glow, the control gas valve 3 opens the gas passage and the gas flowing out can settle on the glow wire 8 ignite.
The membrane in heats up, whereby, as described in the main patent, a back pressure in the line branches 5 and 7 arises, so that the main gas valve T is opened and the gas flows into the main burner H. The gas flowing out of the burner H is ignited by the pilot flame. The gas burner is now in operation. If the faucet is closed, the water flow lock 2 returns to its rest position; the electric current through the coil 1,1 and the filament 8 is interrupted.
The control gas valve 3 closes under the action of a spring 12 and the main gas valve T is closed. The gas supply to the burner H is immediately cut off by the main water lock W when the water tap is closed. The machine is out of order. If the glow wire 8 is defective or the electrical circuit is otherwise interrupted, no gas can enter the main burner H despite the water lock W being open, because the gas valve T does not open the passage.
By pressing button K and turning, the friction R '(or other means), the battery can also be operated when the electrical circuit is interrupted.
In order to protect the glow spiral, a device is provided that bridges the glow wire when the jet flame is burning (Fig. 2). The bimetallic disk already mentioned in the main patent carries the valve body i. The valve seat < I> v is arranged to be electrically insulated from the main body k;
the latter is in direct connection with circuit 4. The wire 8 is also connected to the body k at one end. A secondary line 4 ′ connects the valve seat v to the electrical line 4.
If water is now tapped at any point after the water lock 2, the electric circuit 4 is closed, as described above. The wire 8 comes to glow and the gas emerging from the main burner ignites. The membrane in closes the valve i, so that the electrical current is conducted via the membrane 7n, valve i, valve seat v and line 4 '. The wire 8 is bridged and has cooled down.
The pilot flame valve according to FIG. 3 allows the initially existing large pilot flame F to be ignited on the glow coil 8 when it is started up. As a result, the amount of gas flowing out of the opening 0 is also caused to ignite. If the valve, i is closed, the flame F extinguishes and the glow coil 8 is no longer heated directly by the flame during further operation, which increases the service life of the coil.
