  Der neue Farbstoff der Formel:

    stellt ein     rotviolettes    Pulver dar, das sich  in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner       Farbe    löst und Baumwolle aus gelb gefärb  ter     Küpe    in sehr echten,     violettroten    Tönen  färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  2'47 Teile 4. 6     -Dimethyl    - 5 . 7 -     dichlor-          3    -     oxythionaphthen    und 330,5 Teile 2 -     (p-          Dimethylamino)-anü    des     5-Methyl-6-chlor-          3-oxythionaphthens    werden mit 4000     Volum-          teilen    Eisessig auf dem Wasserbade erhitzt,    bis die Kondensation beendigt ist. Dann wird  filtriert, gewaschen und getrocknet.
