Drive device for motor-controlled shut-off devices. The present invention relates to a drive device for motor-controlled shut-off devices, in which between a drive motor and the shut-off element (valve, slide, etc.) an order is switched on to open and close the shut-off element.
It is characterized by the fact that the epicyclic sun gear, which is primarily connected to the shut-off device with a second one, is in motion via a planetary rotor when the latter rotating sun gear is opened and closed, is under the influence of a spring mechanism blocking this wheel, but which allows him to reach the shut-off device in the final position,
look against the action of the spring mechanism under tension of the same to safely generate a desired final closing pressure of the shut-off member until a switching device switches off the drive motor.
There are already so-called slip clutches known, which act in an analogous manner, but have the disadvantage compared to the present invention that the correct term dimensioning of the braking force on the slip clutch is not easily possible that this is variable, depending on the situation before Finding lubrication, as well as, according to the temperature, and that the closing force '_ of the shut-off element does not increase resiliently, as is the case in an advantageous manner with the subject of the present invention.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject invention for a shut-off valve is shown schematically. 1 shows schematically an overall arrangement and FIG. 2 shows a partial top view thereof; Fig. 3 shows another position of a detail.
In the drawing, V is the shut-off valve to be controlled, D is an epicyclic gear, M is a driving electric motor, H is a drive device for manual operation, St is a motor control drum and U is a control switch, which can be a manual switch, a timer, a thermostat, etc.
The valve V comprises the fixed valve housing 1, the movable valve body 2 and the valve spindle 3 with the screw thread 4 located on it for screwing the valve on and off. 5 'is a fixed on the valve spindle 3 coupling half, which cooperates with the other half 5 "of the drive to be longitudinally displaceable.
The epicyclic gearbox D has a shaft 6 which is supported on the one hand in the bearing 7 and on the other hand together with the bush 8 in the bearing 9. The shaft 6 runs loosely in the Bü axis 8, the latter is normally fixed in the bearing 9. The coupling half 5 ″ and the main gear wheel 10 are firmly seated on the shaft 6, while the main gear wheel 12 opposite the latter is firmly connected to the bushing 8, that is to say is normally fixed. An intermediate gear 11 is loosely placed on the shaft 6.
The pair of wheels 13 ′, 13 ″, which is fixedly seated on the shaft 14, is in engagement with the gears 10 and 12, the shaft 14 being rotatably supported in the intermediate wheel 11.
On an axial extension of the sleeve 8, a rectangular inhibiting piece 15 is attached, which interacts with the leaf springs 16 ', 16 "(Fig. 2). The leaf springs 16', 16" are through at their ends, the two holders 17 '17 " held so loosely that: they can neither move laterally nor in the longitudinal direction.
Instead of the leaf springs 16 ', 16 ", a spiral spring or a spring-influenced lever mechanism could also be used; in the case of a spiral spring, for example, this would be fixed in place at one end and connected to the axial extension of the sleeve 8 at the other end. The motor <I> 311 </ I> is about parts to be described later through the gear 20 with: the intermediate gear 11 in motion connection.
The mode of operation of this device described is as follows: When the gear 20 driven by the motor 1V11 sets the gear 11 in rotation, the gear 13 ″ rolls off the stationary gear 12 and sets by means of the gear coupled to it B> 13 '</B>, .da.s gear 10 in rotation.
The translation is based on the ratio of the number of teeth of the wheels 12, 13 ", 13 'and 10 to one another, as is known in epicyclic gears, so that a reduction is possible within white limits.
If the drive shaft 6 rotates clockwise as seen from above, the valve spindle 3 provided with a right-hand thread 4 is screwed down by means of the coupling 5 ", 5 'until the valve body 2 pushes open on its seat and is firmly seated.
At this moment, the wheel 10 is locked and under your drive of the motor, the gear 12 is now set in rotation, in the sense that by means of the bush 8, the rectangular locking piece 15 is rotated so that it, the leaf springs 16 ', 16 "spread apart. As a result, the closing pressure on the stationary valve spindle 3 is still increasingly increased in accordance with the increasing tension of the springs 16', 16", so that the valve body 2,
similar to a last hand pressure on a hand valve, is pressed firmly onto the seat.
This arrangement makes it possible to motor-drive valves from the smallest to the largest dimensions, as it is easy to adjust the leaf springs 16 ', 16 "according to strength and number in a stacked stacking of the valve size.
As soon as the motor 3I drives the transmission in the opposite direction to the previous one, the wheel 12 moves in the opposite direction to the previous one and the springs 16 ', 16 "act on the inhibitor 15 to drive them until they are flat again on its flanks The wheel 12 is now stationary again and the wheel 10 begins to turn in order to force the valve spindle 3 upwards.
The motor? I1 is provided with two opposing windings W, TTJ #, which are used to reserve the motor, whereby it rotates in one or the opposite direction, depending on whether one or the other winding is switched on in the control circuit.
According to ', Fig. 1, the drive device is also provided with a Auskuppelvorrichl: ung for the motor and with a manual drive.
The motor M drives the shafts 21 ', 21 ", either directly or by means of a transmission gear. A clutch disc 23' is firmly seated on the lower shaft 21 'and is displaceable. The engaging sleeve 24 with the two drive pins 25', 25", which in openings of the clutch disc 23 'are also longitudinally displaceable. The other coupling half 23 "is firmly seated on the upper shaft 21", into which the bolts 2: 5 ', 25 "protruding above the engagement sleeve 24 can be disengaged and engaged.
With the conical gearwheel 2.6 'which is firmly seated on the shaft 21 ", the gearwheel 26" is in one; Tiff, which is on the shaft stored at 27. 28 is attached. This is provided with a square at the outer end, onto which <I> a </I> hand crank 29 can be attached. In the attached state, the latter can be secured by a cotter pin indicated in the drawing, but also by a nut or the like.
At 30, an angle lever 31 ', 31 "is rotatably mounted, the lever arm 31' of which engages in a fork-like manner in the Einrtickmuffe 24. The lever arm 31" engages with its fork-like end over the shaft 28 Shaft 28 is put on, the angle lever 31 ', 31 "together with the engaging sleeve 24 is brought into the disengaged position shown with dashed lines. The motor is thus decoupled from the epicyclic gear, and the latter can be rotated by hand.
If the crank 29 is removed again, the angled lever 31 ', 31 "with the release sleeve 24 moves under the action of a spring 32 back into the engaged position drawn with full lines.
In the extension of the lever arm 31 "of said angle lever a con tact tongue 33 is mounted isolated, which rests in the engaged position of the clutch on the contact pin 34, but is moved away from this in the disengaged position to interrupt the power supply to the motor M so that it during of the drive of the transmission by means of the hand crank 29 is out of operation.
In Fig. 2 and 3, the electrical control for the motor M is illustrated. E is a limit switch located in the motor circuit, which switches off the motor according to the rotation of the entire inhibitor 15. For this purpose, the lever 36 rotatable about the pin <B> ', 37 </B> lies there. Scarf age with the pin 36 'under the train of a spring 36 "on the circumference of a disc 18, which is firmly verbun with the inhibitor 15 the.
If the inhibitor 15 from the in Fig. 2 rest position drawn with full lines is rotated into the end position posed with dashed lines, a circumferential incision detects: 38, the disc 18 when turned to the left, the pin 36 'and leads the lever 36 in the disconnected position shown in dash-dotted lines, whereby the with the lever 36 connected contact tongue 39 is lifted from the fixed contact 40 and the motor current for the closing movement of the valve is interrupted.
The current line from, de, r contact tongue 39 to the terminal 41 takes place through the flexible cable 41 '.
During the closing movement, the valve Ven is a control drum St, which also monitors the motor circuit if the motor circuit is rotated from the position shown in Fig. 2 to that shown in FIG. 3 by a star wheel, 43 stuck on its shaft 42, 43 of the. Pin 19, which is attached to the gear 10 (see Fig. 1), is incrementally connected upstream with each rotation around a finger.
a spring 44 locking the control drum in each step position. Instead of the star wheel maintenance, any other intermittently acting switching device, such as a Maltese switchgear or a gear drive, could also be used.
The electrical control works as follows: If: the contact tongue of the control switch U is switched from 0 (= valve opening) to AS '(= valve closing), the motor current runs from the positive pole of the power source via <B> 8 </B> , 41, 41 ', 40, W2, <I> M, </I> 34, 33, 35' 35 to the negative pole, the power source. The motor turns to close the valve.
At the end of the closing movement of the valve, the limit switch E is opened in the manner described by flipping the lever 36 and the motor circuit is interrupted, while the control switch drum St, in 4er the power transmission disc 46 and the control disc 48 are electrically connected to one another, from, the position of Fig. 2, in which the motor circuit with the winding W1 by virtue of a circumferential section provided in the disk 48:
is interrupted at the contact spring 47, has reached the position according to FIG. As soon as the contact tongue of the control switch U is returned from S to 0, the motor is closed, from the positive pole via 0, 46 ', 45, 48, 47 (Fig. 3), T1', M, 34, 33, 35 ', 35 to the negative pole.
The motor now rotates in the opposite direction, the star wheel 43 step by step with each revolution of the gear 10! is turned back by one finger from the pin 19 until the position in FIG. 2 is reached again and he, the motor circuit on the contact spring 47 is interrupted.
This interplay: closing and opening the valve is repeated according to the position of the changeover switch U, whereby the greatest possible number of revolutions of the valve drive shaft 6 can be fully executed in both directions, or only rotations through smaller angles one after the other Direction of rotation towards, depending on the contact duration at 0 or S can be achieved. The drive device described can be used not only for valves, but also for slides, throttle valves and other shut-off devices.
The angle of rotation, that is, the number of valve spindle revolutions for opening and closing the valve, can be set as required. A number scale 0 to 5 attached to the control disk 48 indicates the number of revolutions of the valve spindle, since the star wheel 43 is switched around a finger with each revolution of the pin 19.
In order to determine the number of revolutions for the valve spindle, the control disk 48 is set in the closed position of the valve with the corresponding number under the contact brush 47; for example, the position of FIG. 3 corresponds to three valve spindle revolutions.
