Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung -von Gebilden aus Beton. Das Hauptpatent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Gebilden aus Beton, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man in das Betongebilde beidseitig mit Muttergewinde versehene, aus einem Stück bestehende Dübel in Abständen voneinander so einbetoniert, dass die Gewindeteile von aussen zugänglich bleiben, zum Zwecke, mit Hilfe dieser Dübel und in dieselben einzu schraubender Bolzen die Verschalung bei der Herstellung des Gebildes zu verspannen oder nachträglich andere Teile an dem Gebilde befestigen zu können.
Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung, welche eine weitere Ausbildung des Verfahrens ge mäss dem Hauptpatent zum Gegenstand hat, werden nun an Armierungseisen U-förmige Dübel befestigt und in das Betongebilde in solcher Weise einbetoniert, dass ihre mit Ge winde versehenen Enden von aussen zugäng lich bleiben. Die Erfindung kann in erster Linie bei Betonbauten mit Eisenskelett zur Anwendung kommen. Bei solchen Bauten können die U-förmigen Dübel um die das Skelett bildenden Profileisen gelegt oder an denselben aufgehängt werden, zum Zwecke, zur Verspannung oder zum Tragen der Ver schalung dienen zu können. Nach dem Aus schalen ermöglichen die Dübel dank ihrer mit Gewinde versehenen, von aussen zugäng lich bleibenden Enden das Befestigen anderer Teile am Betongebilde.
In der Zeichnung ist das Verfahren bei spielsweise anhand von Einrichtungen zu sei ner Durchführung in zwei Beispielen ver anschaulicht.
Fig.1 zeigt im Schnitt ein Bruchstück einer Betonmauer mit verspannter Verscha lung, während Fig.2 eine Ecke einer Betonbaute dar stellt.
Es handelt sich in beiden Figuren um Skelettbauten. Die Dübel 3 sind um I-Pro- fileisen P gelegt, und an deren Enden sind Distanzringe 5 angeordnet, welche die rich tige Lage der Verschalungsbretter 2 bestim men. Die Verspannung der letzteren erfolgt gemäss Fig. 1 mittelst in Gewindebohrungen 4 der Dübel eingeschraubten Gewindebolzen 8 und mit Hilfe von Spannbalken 6, 7 und Traversen T.
Nach Fig. 2 drücken die .Spannbolzen 8 mittelst Mutter und Unterlagsscheibe direkt auf die Spannbalken 7. Nach dem Aus schalen werden die konischen Ringe 5 ab genommen.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 2 ist an einer Ecke der Betonbaute ein 1-Profil- eisen angeordnet, um welches die U-förmigen Dübel 3 gelegt sind. Die einen Dübel sind nach der einen Aussenseite, die andern nach der zweiten Aussenseite der Ecke gerichtet. Bei dieser Anordnung kann die Verschalung bis nah an die Ecke abgestützt werden, was zum Beispiel mit geraden Dübeln nicht mög lich ist.
Bei den beiden dargestellten Bauteilen können nach dem Ausschalen andere Teile, z. B. ein Gerüst, an den von aussen zugäng lich bleibenden Gewindeteilen der Dübel an geschraubt werden.
Zum Halten der U-förmigen Dübel kön nen sowohl vertikale, als auch horizontale Profileisen verwendet werden. Liegende Pro fileisen kommen beispielsweise bei Beton decken in Betracht. In diesem Falle können die U-förmigen Dübel an den liegenden Pro fileisen aufgehängt werden.

The invention can primarily be used in concrete structures with an iron skeleton. In such buildings, the U-shaped dowels can be placed around the profile iron forming the skeleton or hung on the same for the purpose of being able to serve for bracing or for carrying the formwork. After shells, the dowels allow other parts to be attached to the concrete structure thanks to their threaded ends that remain accessible from the outside.
In the drawing, the method is illustrated in two examples, for example using devices to be carried out.
Fig.1 shows a section of a fragment of a concrete wall with braced casing, while Fig.2 represents a corner of a concrete structure.
Both figures are skeletal structures. The dowels 3 are placed around I-profile iron P, and spacer rings 5 are arranged at their ends, which determine the correct position of the shuttering boards 2. The bracing of the latter takes place according to FIG. 1 by means of threaded bolts 8 screwed into threaded bores 4 of the dowels and with the aid of clamping beams 6, 7 and cross members T.
According to Fig. 2, the .Spannbolzen 8 press by means of nut and washer directly on the clamping beam 7. After shells from the conical rings 5 are removed.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, a 1-profile iron is arranged at one corner of the concrete structure, around which the U-shaped dowels 3 are placed. One dowel is directed towards one outside, the other towards the second outside of the corner. With this arrangement, the cladding can be supported close to the corner, which is not possible, please include, for example, with straight dowels.
In the two components shown, other parts, such. B. a scaffold to be screwed to the externally accessible Lich threaded parts of the dowel.
Both vertical and horizontal profile bars can be used to hold the U-shaped dowels. Horizontal profiles can be used for concrete ceilings, for example. In this case, the U-shaped dowels can be hung on the lying pro file iron.
