Palier de mobile d'horlogerie. L'invention a pour objet un palier de mobile d'horlogerie de nature et de dimensions telles qu'on puisse voir au travers du palier un ou des organes indicateurs mobiles qü'il recouvre. Le palier est généralement consti tué en matière transparente.
L'horlogerie a déjà recouru à des paliers ou supports de paliers métalliques, ajourés de façon à rendre partiellement visibles des organes qu'ils recouvrent. Cependant on n'a recherché dans ces cas qu'un but décoratif ou publicitaire, les organes en question n'étant nullement destinés par leur fonction à être vus.
L'invention ne cherche à rendre visibles que des organes indicateurs qui, par leur destination même, doivent être vus, par exemple des organes indiquant à chaque in stant la durée pendant laquelle la montre peut encore fonctionner avant de subir un nouveau remontage. La valeur de l'invention réside dans le fait qu'elle permet la réali sation de mécanismes plus simples, plus sûrs et de moindre encombrement que ceux exi stants. Aucun de ces mécanismes n'est dé crit ici.
Le dessin ci-joint montre à titre d'exemple 4 formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention. Les fig. 1 à 4 représentent, en coupe, ces 4 formes; La fig. 5 représente une variante, égale ment en coupe; La fig. 1 situe, à titre d'exemple, l'objet de l'invention dans l'ensemble d'une montre. Les mêmes lettres désignent les mêmes organes dans les 5 figures.
1 désigne une plaque circulaire, transpa rente, d'assez grand diamètre, percée en son centre d'un trou circulaire. Cette plaque, qui peut être par exemple en verre ou en saphir scientifique blanc, constitue, seule ou en liaison avec les autres éléments mentionnés plus loin, le palier, objet de l'invention. Dans la fig. 1, le mouvement d'horlogerie 2 est logé dans une boite dont le fond est re présenté en 3, la glace en 4, 5 désigne le cadran de ce mouvement, 6 et 7 ses aiguilles des heures et des minutes. 8 est un mobile du mouvement pivotant dans le palier 1. Des organes indicateurs en relation avec le mobile 8, et faisant partie d'un mécanisme non dé crit, occupent approximativement l'espace circulaire marqué en fig. 1 par un rectangle pointillé 9.
On verra donc ces organes au travers du palier chaque fois qu'on voudra les consulter et chaque fois qu'on regardera l'heure.
Dans la fig. 1, le palier 1 comporte une bague métallique extérieure 10 dont le pour tour peut être rectifié; le palier est chassé dans le cadran 5. Dans les fig. 2 et. 3 le palier ne comporte pas de bague extérieure; en fig. 2 il est serti dans le cadran 5; en fig. 3 il y est chassé. Dans la fig. 4 le palier comporte à sa périphérie une bague 10, et en son centre, un coussinet 11 en autre ma tière. Dans la fig. 5, le palier, qui comporte une bague métallique extérieure 10, est fixé à la platine 12 du mouvement et passe au travers d'une ouverture 13 pratiquée dans le cadran.
Lorsque le palier est fixé au cadran (fig. 1), la liaison de celui-ci à la platine est réalisée avec la même précision que la liai son d'un pont à la platine.
Autrement dit, la position du cadran re lativement à la platine est assurée, par des moyens connus, d''une façon plus précise que ce n'est le cas habituellement.
Les exemples décrits ne sont pas limita tifs de l'invention. En particulier, le palier pourrait aussi être constitué en matière trans parente renforcée par des parties métalliques opaques, ou bien constitué en matière opaque et ajouré de telle façon que la visibilité soit suffisante. Le palier et les organes indicateurs qu'il recouvre pourraient aussi être placés vers l'autre face du mouvement, le palier étant alors fixé à un pont, pourvu que, par des moyens appropriés - fenêtre, guichet, couvercle - la boîte permette de le voir.
Clockwork mobile bearing. The subject of the invention is a bearing for a watchmaking mobile of a nature and dimensions such that one or more mobile indicator members which it covers can be seen through the bearing. The bearing is generally made of transparent material.
Watchmaking has already resorted to metal bearings or bearing supports, perforated so as to make the components they cover partially visible. However, in these cases only a decorative or advertising purpose was sought, the organs in question not being intended by their function to be seen.
The invention seeks to make visible only indicator members which, by their very purpose, must be seen, for example members indicating at each time the period during which the watch can still operate before undergoing a new winding. The value of the invention lies in the fact that it allows the realization of simpler, more reliable mechanisms and of less bulk than existing ones. None of these mechanisms are described here.
The accompanying drawing shows by way of example 4 embodiments of the object of the invention. Figs. 1 to 4 represent, in section, these 4 shapes; Fig. 5 shows a variant, also in section; Fig. 1 locates, by way of example, the object of the invention in the whole of a watch. The same letters designate the same components in the 5 figures.
1 indicates a circular plate, transparent, of rather large diameter, pierced in its center with a circular hole. This plate, which can be for example glass or white scientific sapphire, constitutes, alone or in conjunction with the other elements mentioned below, the bearing, object of the invention. In fig. 1, the clockwork movement 2 is housed in a box whose back is shown in 3, the crystal in 4, 5 designates the dial of this movement, 6 and 7 its hour and minute hands. 8 is a mobile of the pivoting movement in the bearing 1. Indicator members in relation to the mobile 8, and forming part of a mechanism not described, occupy approximately the circular space marked in FIG. 1 with a dotted rectangle 9.
We will therefore see these organs through the landing each time we want to consult them and each time we look at the time.
In fig. 1, the bearing 1 comprises an outer metal ring 10 whose turn can be rectified; the bearing is driven into dial 5. In fig. 2 and. 3 the bearing does not have an outer ring; in fig. 2 it is set in the dial 5; in fig. 3 he is driven there. In fig. 4 the bearing comprises at its periphery a ring 10, and at its center, a bearing 11 of another material. In fig. 5, the bearing, which comprises an outer metal ring 10, is fixed to the plate 12 of the movement and passes through an opening 13 made in the dial.
When the bearing is fixed to the dial (fig. 1), the connection of the latter to the plate is achieved with the same precision as the connection of a bridge to the plate.
In other words, the position of the dial relative to the plate is ensured, by known means, in a more precise manner than is usually the case.
The examples described are not limiting of the invention. In particular, the bearing could also be made of transparent material reinforced by opaque metal parts, or else made of opaque material and perforated so that visibility is sufficient. The bearing and the indicator members that it covers could also be placed towards the other side of the movement, the bearing then being fixed to a bridge, provided that, by appropriate means - window, window, cover - the box allows it to be done. see.
