Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Gallensäureverbindung. Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die Darstellung einer Gallensäureverbindung. Es ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man l,8-Aminonaphtol-4-sulfosäure mit Diformyl- desoxycholsäurechlorid behandelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 24,0 gr 1,8-Aminonaphtol-4-sulfosäure werden mit 150 cm' Wasser und<B>100</B> cm' n-Natronlauge in Lösung gebracht. Dazu fügt man eine Lösung von 47,0 gr Diformyl- desoxycholsäurechlorid in 250 ein' Äther und schüttelt kräftig während längerer Zeit, wobei die wässerige Schicht zu einem dünnen Brei gesteht. Nach mehrstündigem Stehen wird der Äther abgegossen, die Ausscheidung von der sauer reagierenden wässerigen Lö sung durch Absaugen getrennt, mit Wasser und Alkohol gewaschen und im Vakuum getrocknet.
Man erhält die 1,8-Diformyl- desoxycholalylaminonaphtol-4-sulfosäure als hellgraues Pulver, mässig löslich in Wasser, etwas in heissem Alkohol, unlöslich in Äther. Die wässerige Lösung reagiert .sauer und schäumt stark beim Schütteln, verfärbt sich kaum beim Stehen, während 1;8-Aminonaph- tol-4-sulfosäure in Wasser schwer löslich ist, fast unlöslich in Alkohol, die wässerige Lö sung nicht schäumt und sich beim Stehen dunkel färbt.
Das Diformyldesogycholsäurechlorid wurde erhalten durch Umsetzen von Diformyldes- oxycholsäure mit '1'hionylchlorid oder einem Phosphorchlorid bei 60 bis 70 und stellt eine schwach gelbliche, amorphe Masse dar, die, im Gegensatz zur Säure, in Äther leicht löslich ist und die Umsetzungen eines Säure chlorides zeigt.
Die neue Verbindung soll zu therapeu tischen Zwecken und als Zwischenprodukt bei der Herstellung pharmazeutischer Präpa rate Verwendung finden.

The aqueous solution reacts acidic and foams strongly when shaken, hardly changes color when standing, while 1; 8-aminonaphthol-4-sulfonic acid is sparingly soluble in water, almost insoluble in alcohol, the aqueous solution does not foam and when Standing dark in color.
The diformyldesogycholic acid chloride was obtained by reacting diformyldesogycholic acid with '1'hionyl chloride or a phosphorus chloride at 60 to 70 and is a pale yellowish, amorphous mass which, in contrast to acid, is easily soluble in ether and the reactions of an acid chloride shows.
The new compound is intended to be used for therapeutic purposes and as an intermediate in the manufacture of pharmaceutical preparations.
