Ablaufvorrichtung an lilosettspülapparaten.
Drainage device on lilosette washers. The known drain devices on toilet flushing apparatus have the main disadvantage that their actuation results in the complete emptying of the contents of the cistern, which results in a correspondingly large water consumption.
To eliminate this disadvantage, the drain device on toilet flushing apparatus according to the invention has a closing body which can be lifted from the drain with the help of a lifting lever with a small or larger stroke, for which purpose the lifting lever has two actuators at different distances with respect to it Axis of rotation are assigned, the whole thing in such a way that by means of the same the lifting lever can be given a pivoting movement of different sizes, and that by using one actuating element a shorter flushing and by actuating the other Bet5,
- tigungsorganes the complete emptying of the contents of the cistern can be effected.
Because the contents of the flushing apparatus are not completely emptied after each use of the c1-9 toilets, water consumption can be saved significantly, as is readily apparent.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown in section.
It designates 1 the cistern, to the bottom of which the drain connection 2 is attached, the inner end of which serves as a seat for the closing body 3 when it is in the closed position. A guide 4 for a pipe 5 is provided in the outlet connection 2, to which the closing body 3 and a hollow body 6 serving as a float are attached . The tube 5 has several openings 7 near its upper end in the jacket, where an overflow is formed. The cistern is usually equipped with a float (not shown) which serves to regulate the flow of water into the cistern.
At the upper end the pipe 5 is provided with a plug 8 into which an adjusting spindle 9 is screwed, which has a head 10 < / B> has. -Under this spindle head 10 is the one end of the lifting lever 11 which encompasses the spindle 9 and which by means of an axis 12 on an inside of the cistern < B> 1 attached support piece 18 is mounted. On the relevant wall of the cistern two continuous pushers 14 and 15 are arranged, which are located in holes in the support piece 13 and in one on the outside of the sink B> box attached plate 16 are slidably guided.
As the drawing shows, the pushers 14 and 15 ] have different distances from the axis of rotation 12 of the lifting lever 11, so that when the one or the other pusher is pushed into the position shown in phantom, the lifting lever accordingly executes a smaller or larger stroke.
Assuming that a short rinse is to be carried out, the pusher 14 is then moved for a short time into its inner end position, in which its head strikes the plate 16 , the lifting lever 11 < / B> comes into position 1 shown in dash-dotted lines. The lifting lever 11 pulls through A meeting the head 10 of the adjusting spindle 9 the tube 5 accordingly upwards, see above that the closing body 3- is lifted a corresponding distance from its seat and consequently water can flow out of the box 1 for rinsing purposes.
If then the trigger 14 is released, then. the closing body 3 is automatically pressed onto the drainage nozzle 2 again under the influence of the suction effect of the draining water or the water still present in the box, the lifting lever 11 swinging back into its rest position. By briefly actuating the trigger 14 again, the process explained can be repeated, as is readily apparent.
However, if the pusher labeled 15 is moved into its inner end position, then the lifting lever 11 is pivoted into position II shown in dot-dash lines. Corresponding to that of the lifting lever. 11 executed larger stroke, the tube 5 is also pulled up higher than when the trigger 14 is pressed, namely so far that the tube 5 provided hollow body 6 together with the closing body 8 comes into the position II shown in dash-dotted lines.
In this position, the hollow body 6 is so high above the drainage connection 2 that it is not sucked in by the draining water, and now even if the trigger 15 is released, for so long floats and leaves the outlet open until the contents of the cistern case 1 have emptied so much that the hollow body is drawn back onto the drainage connector 2 as a result of the suction effect, and it thus again is completed; the contents of the cistern are practically completely emptied.
By adjusting the adjusting spindle 9 provided on the tube 5 , with which the lifting lever 11 interacts, the stroke of the closing body 3 </ B> can be regulated as desired.
The purpose of the two actuating elements provided for brief flushing and for complete emptying of the contents of the flushing cistern is appropriately identified. For this purpose, as provided in the exemplary embodiment, the heads of the two pushers can be of different sizes and may be provided with appropriate designations, which may also be attached next to the pushers.
As is readily apparent, the drainage device can also be drawn out in detail differently than in the example explained, for example by providing pusher levers or other actuating elements for moving the lifting lever instead of ver sliding pusher.
