Description

       

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen chromhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoff    durch Einwirkung  des chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoffes,    der durch       Chromieren    des     Azofarbstoffes    aus     diazotierter          1-Amino-2-oxynäphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    und  1-     Oxynaphthalin    entsteht, auf denselben  chromfreien     Azofarbstoff    erhalten kann, wenn  die Einwirkung in alkalischem Medium er  folgt.  



  Der erhaltene chromhaltige     Azofarbstoff     stellt ein in Wasser mit blauer Farbe leicht  lösliches Pulver dar, das Wolle aus saurem  Bade in marineblauen Tönen von vorzüglichen       Echtheiten    färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  83,2 Teile des     Azofarbstoffes    aus diano  tierter     1-Amino-2-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure     und     1-Oxynaphthalin    in Form seines Natrium  salzes werden in 1600 Teilen Wasser suspen  diert, mit einer     Chromformiatlösung,    ent  sprechend 16,7 Teilen     OrQOs,    versetzt und  9. Stunden unter     Rückfluss    gekocht. Dann    wird mit 200 Teilen 30     o/oiger    Natronlauge  alkalisch gestellt; hierauf werden weitere  27,7 Teile desselben, jedoch chromfreien     Azo-          farbstoffes    zugegeben und das Ganze 3 Stun  den gekocht.

   Nach dem     ,Abkühlen    auf 50 bis  60 o wird mit 10      /oiger    Salzsäure neutralisiert  und mit geringen Mengen Ameisensäure  schwach     lackmussauer    gestellt. Nach dem       Abfiltrieren    von geringen Mengen Verunrei  nigungen wird im Vakuum zur Trockne ver  dampft.  



  Zu demselben chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoff     gelangt man, wenn statt Natronlauge andere  alkalisch wirkende Substanzen wie z. B.  Kalilauge, Soda, Pottasche, Borax,     Magne-          siumoxyd,        Calciumoxyd,    Ammoniak oder     Tri-          alkaliphosphat    verwendet werden.



  Process for the production of a new chromium-containing dye. It has been found that a new chromium-containing azo dye can be obtained by the action of the chromium-containing azo dye, which is formed by chromating the azo dye from diazotized 1-amino-2-oxynaphthaline-4-sulfonic acid and 1-oxynaphthalene, on the same chromium-free azo dye, if the action in an alkaline medium he follows.



  The chromium-containing azo dye obtained is a powder which is readily soluble in water with a blue color and which dyes wool from an acid bath in navy blue shades with excellent fastness properties.



  <I> Example: </I> 83.2 parts of the azo dye from diano-tated 1-amino-2-oxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid and 1-oxynaphthalene in the form of its sodium salt are suspended in 1600 parts of water, with a chromium formate solution, accordingly 16.7 parts OrQOs, added and refluxed for 9 hours. Then it is made alkaline with 200 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution; then a further 27.7 parts of the same, but chromium-free azo dye are added and the whole is boiled for 3 hours.

   After cooling to 50 to 60 °, it is neutralized with 10% hydrochloric acid and weakly lacquered with small amounts of formic acid. After filtering off small amounts of impurities, it is evaporated to dryness in vacuo.



  The same chromium-containing azo dye is obtained if, instead of sodium hydroxide, other alkaline substances such as e.g. B. potassium hydroxide, soda, potash, borax, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, ammonia or tri-alkali phosphate can be used.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen chromhaltigen Azofarbstoffes durch Einwir kung des chromhaltigen Azofarbstoffes, der durch Ohromieren des Azofarbstoffes aus diazotierter 1-Amino-2-oxpnaphtalin-4-sulfon- säure und 1-Ogynaphthalin entsteht, auf denselben chromfreien Azofarbstoff; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einwirkung in al kalischem Medium erfolgt.
