Elektrischer Brat- Backofen.
Electric roasting oven. The invention relates to an electric roasting and baking oven with a roasting and baking product carrier arranged in a container and an electric heating element combined therewith. It consists in the fact that the container is formed by a base and a hood which can be lifted off and which is divided into a transverse plane, one of which, the lower part, consists of a ring and, by removing it, only the upper part of the hood can be used for the purpose of concentrated heating low roast and baked goods are permitted.
So you can use the hood either in its full height (for high roasted and baked goods) or reduced in height to the upper part (for low roasted and baked goods) with the same good efficiency with this device. In addition, in all cases, after removing the upper part of the hood, the goods lying on the carrier can be easily removed.
The drawing illustrates two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in the manner of a rechaud, provided with feet; Fig. 2 shows an embodiment that can be plugged onto an electric cooker such as an electric hot plate by means of a plug.
In Fig. 1, A denotes a hollow base with feet a, and B a hood which can be lifted off this base and is divided into a transverse plane, the parts of which are denoted by b and b '. The hood part b, which stands directly on the base A, has the shape of a ring and is widened at the top to form an annular seat b2 for the top part b 'of the hood, which can be lifted off. The hood part b 'is provided with a pin b3 on the ceiling.
The base A and the hood b form a closed container in which a baking or roasting product carrier C and an electric heating element D of a conical basic shape are arranged below it in such a way that the heat emanating from this the carrier C directly from below and on the edge of the same stroking up, the goods lying on the support heated in a concentrated manner from above. The electric heater D is protected in an openwork, protective jacket d. Its power supply terminals are indicated at e. It can be easily attached and changed on the spot.
For high roast and baked goods you will use the oven in the form shown in the drawing. After lifting off the upper hood part b ', the goods lying on the Trä ger C can easily be pushed off this to the side, thanks to the fact that the ring part b of the hood does not protrude over the carrier C up. In the case of low roasting and baking items, remove the ring part b of the hood and place its top part b 'directly on: the base A on. This concentrates the heat better on the low roasting and baked goods.
The upper surface of the base A is inclined towards an edge bead f of the same and forms a collecting channel for liquid that may drip down from the carrier C. The bead f should bezw the leadership and the adjustment of the hood at the same time. their ring part b facilitate. The roasting and dough rack C consists of a two-floor plate, between the superimposed floors an insulating layer c is inserted. The upper bottom of the plate is provided with ribs c 'on which the roasted and baked goods come to lie.
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 is similar to that just described. Only here is the base A with electrical connector pins g for attaching the oven to an electrical stove or. for inserting the connector pins g into the connector sleeves h, which are otherwise used to hold an electrical heating plate.
