Umsteuerung, insbesondere für Schiff'sdieselmaschinen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Umsteue rung, insbesondere für Sehiffsdieselmaschi- nen, und besteht darin, dass die TJmsteuer- organe mit einer das Wiedereinschalten des Brennstoffbetriebes bis nach erfolgtem Dreh- sinnw echsel der ;
Reversal, especially for ship's diesel engines. The invention relates to a changeover, in particular for Sehiff diesel engines, and consists in the fact that the TJmsteuer- organs with a restart of the fuel operation until after the rotation direction has been changed;
Machine. Are provided with self-locking locking, for the purpose of preventing premature ignitions that counteract the direction of rotation. The blocking can be accomplished by an organ that moves between two stops and that is pressed against one stop by a rotating element that changes its direction of rotation when the machine is reversed, and that is only taken from one stop to the other at the time of the change in direction of rotation .
An embodiment of the subject invention is on the drawing in different positions. schematically represents Darge.
In Fig. 1 is 1 the cylinder, 2 the starting valve, 3 the starting pressure air line, 4 the control shaft which changes its direction of rotation when the machine changes direction, 5 the reversing lever and 6 the fuel pump of a reversible marine diesel engine, not shown. The starting compressed air line is provided with a device, not shown any further, which communicates it in the usual way:
at the beginning of the event or Umsteuervorga.nges is put under pressure and emptied again after completion of the process. 7 is the piston, 8 the suction valve, 9 the pressure valve and 10 a pin of the fuel pump under the suction valve.
11 is a longitudinally displaceable, provided with a tooth 12 and an elongated hole 1.3 bolt, 14, a ring opposite the bolt firmly arranged on the control shaft, on which two teeth 15 are arranged so that they are in the same Level as the tooth 12 move.
16 is a piston movable in a cylinder 17, 18 is a line connecting the cylinder to the starting air line, 19 is a roller arranged on the piston, by means of which the piston under the influence of the starting pressure, 11 air causes the Riezel 11 during the event or Reversing process on the ring 14 presses.
20 is a lever which is rotatably mounted at the bottom in the fixed point 21 and is provided with a roller 22 at the top, which is movable between two fixed stops 23 and from which a pin 24 engages in the elongated hole 13 a rod articulated to the reversing lever, the free end of which rests on the roller 22, and 27 a plunger which is supported by the roller 29 on the rod 26 and which is movable in the fixed guide 28 and with a 2.m Arm 30 engages under the pin 10 of the fuel pump.
With A and B the starting and operating positions of the reversing lever for forward and reverse gear are designated. In Fig. 1, the whole device in the position "operation forward" is gezeich net.
If the reversing lever is brought from this position into the "start backwards" position shown in FIG. 2, the starter valve is activated in a known manner and the fuel pump suction valve is raised by the cam 26 sliding over the roller 22 by means of the plunger 27 .
As a result, while the fuel injection is switched off at the same time, starting air is admitted into the cylinder in such a way that the engine is braked and the other direction of rotation is finally forced upon it.
The bolt 11 is held by .dem still in the direction of the arrow 3.1 encircling ring 14 until the time of the change of direction of rotation 4ureh friction in the left end position shown. At the point in time when the direction of rotation itself changes, the bolt is then also dragged to the right by friction, in order to finally be pushed further to the right by one of the teeth 15 abutting the tooth 12,
.that it brings the lever 20 and the roller 22 into the right-hand position shown in FIG. 3 and in this way causes the rod 25 together with the plunger 27 and the pin 10 to sink under the influence of their own weight, thereby releasing the suction valve and the injection pump is made to deliver again. Since the working cylinder can thus only receive fuel again from the point in time of the change in direction of rotation, an early re-use of the ignitions with simple means is made impossible in this way, which delays the change in direction of rotation.
The device can of course also be designed in such a way that the bolt 11 is pressed against the ring 14 only temporarily instead of constantly, that is to say only by the initiation of the reversing process.
32 is a downstream of the starter valve in the cylinder deGkel. Check valve loaded by spring 33, 34 a piston fixedly connected to valve 32 and movable in cylinder 35, and 36 on the inlet side through line 37 to the starting air line, on the outlet side through line 38 to cylinder 35 , as well as through.
.the opening 39 to the atmosphere is closed valve which is actuated by the rod 40 by an arm 41 of the plunger 27 and in which the rod 40 works together with a constriction 42 of the valve housing so that the rod pushes the valve when opening the The exit space closes off the same from the atmosphere.
If the machine is reversed, then at the same time with .dem suction valve of the fuel pump the valve 36, closing its outlet space from the atmosphere, is opened, whereupon the piston 34 opens the valve 32 as a result of the starting air acting on it, and the working piston of the engine still remaining in the old direction of rotation push the counteracting starting air through the valve 32 and the starting valve during upward gear, avoiding excessive compression, -that is, the engine can act as a compressor.
If then at the time of the direction of rotation of the machine the valve 3: 6 together with the suction valve of the fuel pump is closed again and thereby the cylinder 35 is reconnected to the atmosphere, the valve 32 has the effect of a non-return valve, through which the then. occurring ignitions in the starting air line is made impossible.
