Description

  

      Kupplung    mit zwischen den Kupplungshälften eingesetzten Schraubenfedern,  insbesondere für Fahrzeugantriebe.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Kupplung mit zwischen den Kupplungs  hälften eingesetzten Schraubenfedern, insbe  sondere für Fahrzeugantriebe.  



  Bei bisher bekannten     Kupplungen    dieser  Art sind die Schraubenfedern mittelst beweg  licher Teile, wie zum Beispiel angelenkter  Federteller oder dergleichen, mit den Kupp  lungshälften verbunden.  



  Gemäss vorliegender     Erfindung    soll die  Anwendung von beweglichen Teilen zwischen  den Federn und den Kupplungshälften ver  mieden und somit eine Vereinfachung im  Aufbau der Kupplung erzielt werden, und  zwar dadurch, dass die Schraubenfedern in  Aussparungen der einen Kupplungshälfte  festgehalten sind und dass Übertragungsteile  der zweiten Kupplungshälfte sich zwischen  den Schraubenfedern befinden und     unmittel-          bar    mit den Federn zusammenwirken.  



  Zweckmässigerweise weisen ferner die  Kupplungshälften aneinander anliegende    Teile auf, durch welche die relativen Ver  drehungsschwingungen der Kupplungshälf  ten .gedämpft werden.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des     Erfindungsgegen-          standes        dargestellt.     



  Abb. 1 zeigt einen Q;uersehnitt der Kupp  lung und       Abb.    2 einen     Längsschnitt    derselben.  



  1 ist die Nabe des     Schwungrades    eines  Motors, der zum Beispiel zum Antrieb eines  Fahrzeuges dient. Mit der Nabe 1 ist     mit-          telst    Schrauben     2;,die    Kupplungshälfte     3,    fest  verbunden. In Aussparungen dieser Kupp  lungshälfte 3 sind     .Schraubenfedern    4 zwi  schen radialen Vorsprüngen 5 festgehalten.  Zwischen je zwei aufeinanderfolgenden  Schraubenfedern 4 greift ein Übertragungs  teil 6 der zweiten     Kupplungshälfte    7 ein, die  in er ersten Kupplungshälfte 3 gelagert ist  und von der aus das Fahrzeug     angetrieben     wird.

   Die Übertragungsteile 6 wirken unmit-      telbar mit den Federn 4 zusammen, derart,  dass je nach der Grösse des zu übertragenden  Drehmomentes die Federn     zwischen    diesen  Teilen 6 und .den     Vorsprüngen    5 der     Kupp-          lungshä1fte,3!    mehr oder     weniger    zusammen  gepresst werden. An der Kupplungshälfte 3  vorgesehene Anschläge 8 wirken mit An  schlägen     9,der    Kupplungshälfte 7 zusammen,  welche die relative Verdrehung der beiden  Kupplungshälften derart begrenzen, dass von  einer bestimmten Grösse des Drehmomentes  weg dasselbe über diese Anschläge 8 und 9  übertragen wird, um eine Überbeanspruchung  der Federn 4 bei Überbelastungen zu verhin  dern.

   Mit der Kupplungshälfte ;3 sind ferner  Lamellen 10 und mit der Kupplungshälfte 7  Lamellen 11 verbunden, welche Lamellen an  einander anliegen und durch Federn 12 ge  geneinander gedrückt werden. Durch Ein  stellschrauben 13 kann der Pressdruck dieser  Federn 12 und .damit der Druck auf die  Lamellen 10, 11 eingestellt werden. Diese  im Betrieb aufeinander gleitenden     Lamellen     10, 11 dienen dazu, die     relativen    Verdre  hungsschwingungen der Kupplungsteile 3  und 7 zu dämpfen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Kupplung mit zwischen den Kupplungs hälften eingesetzten Schraubenfedern, insbe- sondere für Fahrzeugantriebe, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass die Schraubenfedern in Aussparungen der einen Kupplungshälfte festgehalten sind und dass Übertragungsteile ,der zweiten Kupplungshälfte sich zwischen den Schraubenfedern befinden und unmittel bar mit den Federn ohne Zwischenschaltung von Federtellern oder dergleichen zusam- nienwirken. UNTERANSPRüCHE : 1.
