Description
Völlig zwangsschlüss-i;g und daher starr arbeiten Zahnräder.Drive pulley for drive via gears, belt drives, V-belts, Chains et al. In: liitriel> eii, a distinction is made between form-fitting types, such as B. gears, and frictional, such. B. flat belt, differentiated. Each species has its own Front and back pages. So z. B. Shallow linear drives to drive many tool machines, even with a single motor drive and the shortest distance between driving and driven shaft is applied because it is within its elastic limit Compliance results in a soft drive. Also ensures the possibility their slip a safeguard against breakage due to sudden overloads. On the other hand, the flat belts also adhere to severe defects, such as B. their elongation in operation, which requires readjustment. The mentioned overload protection is incidentally because of the unsafe adjustable and variable speed under different centrifugal force variable preload problematic and in any case only very inadequately achievable. V-belts and chains probably have one certain elasticity and thus also result in a soft drive. But since they do not allow any slip, they have no overload protection. Completely positive locking i; g and therefore gears work rigidly.
Automatic slip clutches are now known, those above of a torque that can be kept fairly precisely, their frictional engagement ceases, and the thus provide the overload protection that is missing from gear wheels, V-belts and chains. The embodiments known for this form alaer a special -MaschinenelMent, @ that must always be attached separately and appropriate Requires space that is often not available. They always transmit drive only from shaft to shaft and thus have an axial flow of force. Because now . but drive pulleys between: shaft and disc circumference .transfer; dl. H. in the radial direction, must when connected with a commercially available slip clutch, the shaft interrupted or for centering the disk accordingly beyond the coupling be extended.
From the knowledge that drive pulleys have the possibility of insertion a frictional connection in the course of their radial drive transmission between the shaft and provide disk circumferences that a single machine element creates; read independently of the type of drive, i.e. both for gears, belt drives, chains and wedges etc. has an overload protection in a very precisely adjustable torque size, one has already developed drive pulleys in which 'these between a än the hub arranged disc and one of them entrained in the direction of rotation. loose counter-disk is clamped in a friction-locked manner. Such drive pulleys are but not suitable for flat belts due to their great internal resilience performed function of absorption and compensation non-uniform, in particular to meet intermittent torques that z. B. when driving saw frames, single-piston pumps and the like occur with each stroke. Would have had to do this every time the frictional shock would be overcome. the friction disks - use up in the shortest possible time, and there would be a severe loss of performance.
Gear disks are used to absorb intermittent torques. known, which turn taken by the hub disk via springs in the direction of rotation., .the inside a groove running in the circumferential direction in each disk The two disks oscillate against each other around a small angular deflection allow. However, there is no overload protection in these designs, so claß they also only fulfill a partial function of the flat belt inheritance.
The invention now wants both functions with an A @ n pulley achieve: overload protection and shock absorption. without utilization of overload protection. It solves this through an appropriate combination of well-known Elements by placing the drive pulley with the interposition of in particular Preßstoff existing friction disks between two clamping disks under spring tension is clamped by a hub wheibe expediently located between them Springs are taken along in the direction of rotation. The pressure pieces forming the spring plate are supported symmetrically on the contact surfaces of a circumferential groove of the hub disk and on both sides of. you lying underneath each other loose clamping disks, 'where expediently two springs next to each other in the parting line between the three Discs are arranged. The pressure pieces! Not only form the plates for the springs that transmit the circumferential force, but instead transmit this circumferential force onto the two clamping disks and connect these disks that are loose from one another functional with each other.
The invention thus solves an economically very important one Problem for which up to now one never believed to be able to dispense with flat lines. Even such a non-uniform, intermittent drive like that of a saw frame can so that they can be operated properly, as has been shown: More details of the Invention can be seen from the drawing depicting an exemplary embodiment. FIG. 1 shows a side view and FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section.
The hub 2, which has a disk 3, is keyed onto the shaft i. The drive pulley 4, a toothed wheel disk, is guided centrally on this; the but otherwise loose and flanked on the right and left by Preßstoffreibsd # eiben.5, which are flanked on the outside by a clamping washer 6, which are also loosely on the Hub washer 3 are centered. The hub disk 3 carries just like each clamping disk 6 three grooves 7 distributed in the circumferential direction, on their semicircular end faces, correspondingly shaped pressure pieces 8 rest., between which within each circumferential groove two Fern 9 or one further spring g 'are arranged. Either of the two adjacent springs 9 and 9 'lies in the plane of the parting line between the three disks 3, 6, 6. These springs take up the pressure surges and allow them a reciprocal swinging of the hub disk 3 with respect to the clamping disks 6. Simultaneously the printing blocks 8 ensure. a common 6 in. Direction of rotation. Each clamping disk 6 carries three screw bolts i o or i o ', on which over spring plate i i springs 12 held under tension that on press the respective opposite clamping disc 6 and thereby each for itself exert a contact pressure on the friction disks 5 so that the drive disk 4 is entrained by this frictional engagement: The screw bolts io are through in Longitudinal slots 13 extending in the circumferential direction are inserted through the hub disk 3. Two adjacent screw bolts io and iö are so close together that the slightly recessed ends of the springs 12 as a rotation lock for the neighboring The screw bolt is used, as can be seen in particular in FIG.
Dieser Reibungsschluß zwischen der Nabenscheibe 3 und der Klemmscheibe ß dient zur Dämpfung von evtl. auftretenden Resonanzfrequenzen, bei der stoßweisen Belastung an den Federn 9, 9'.Pieces 14 are still screwed to the hub 2: Through these pieces disks 15 and 15 'with the hub disk 3 are longitudinally displaceable, but non-rotatable connected, against which one via three bores 16 to the left clamping disc 6 axially movably hinged friction disc 17 is pressed by springs 18 ', which via a Washer i9 can be tightened by screws 2o. This frictional connection between the hub disk 3 and the clamping disk ß is used for damping of possibly occurring resonance frequencies, with the intermittent loading on the springs 9, 9 '.
The pressure transmission pieces 8 are screwed flat pieces 21 secured against falling out to the side.
