Faltschiebefenster.
Folding sliding window. The present invention relates to a further embodiment of the folding sliding window according to the patent claim of the main patent, i.e. a folding sliding window with at least three window sashes lying in one plane in the closed state and upper and lower guide rails running parallel to the window surface, in which vertical axes of rotation of the sash are guided.
If, in such a folding sliding window, the vertical axis of rotation of the displaceable sash is supported below on a carriage running in the lower guide rail, this guide rail must be relatively moderately deep and therefore cannot be cleaned easily. In addition, it can happen that when the window sash is rotated, the carriage is slightly inclined in the guide rail and is therefore in contact with the rail, so that it can no longer be moved easily afterwards.
In order to avoid these disadvantages, the vertical axis of rotation of the ver sliding wing should have a bearing in the wing frame and running on the lower guide rail ball, which is supported by means of an intermediate piece on a ball bearing in the folding sliding window according to the present invention. When using a ball, the lower guide rail can be of shallower depth and is therefore easier to clean. Furthermore, the ball runs more easily than a guide carriage, so that it makes it easier to move the sashes.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown.
FIG. 1 shows a partial section through a window, FIG. 2 shows a section along line 11-II of FIG. 1 with the frame parts in dashed lines, and FIG. 3 shows a cross section to FIG. 1.
On the frame 31 of a sliding window sash, a metal bearing piece 32 is attached at a lower corner to fix the lower part of its vertical axis of rotation, which has a vertical bore open at the bottom, in which a ball bearing 33 and below a cylindrical in the bore rotatable intermediate piece 34 is used, on which two rollers 35 are mounted below. A ball 36 is supported on these rollers 35 and is held in the bore by means of a retaining piece 37. The guide rail 39 used in the lower part 38 of the window frame, in which the ball 36 runs, has a V-shape and is of shallow depth, so that this rail can be easily cleaned.
The frame 31 is thus supported on the guide rail 39 via the ball bearing 33, the intermediate piece 34, the rollers 35 and the running ball 36 so that the sash rotates on the ball bearing 33 when the sash is pivoted, while the sash rotates when the sash is moved . Running ball 36 rolls on guide rail 39 and rollers 35. As a result of this training, the window sashes can be easily swiveled out and moved easily.
