Device for maintaining a certain humidity and a certain temperature in a room by means of circulated air. There are numerous cases, for example in the production of raw sausage products, where it is important that a certain degree of humidity and a certain temperature prevail in a room (drying room). The invention now relates to a device which, with the aid of circulated air, allows this requirement to be met actively.
To this end, the device according to the present invention has a cooling device and a heating device connected downstream of this, viewed in the direction of flow of the circulated air, as well as means which, depending on the moisture status and the temperature of the air, are used Determine the degree of cooling or reheating of the circulated air.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention with artificial air circulation are illustrated schematically in plan, namely: Fig. 1 shows an embodiment in which the cooling device is installed in a secondary channel arranged parallel to the main channel for the circulated air, and Fig Figure 2 shows an embodiment in which the cooling and heating devices are arranged one behind the other in the duct through which the circulated air is driven.
In the figures, 1 denotes a room in which a certain moisture condition and a certain temperature can be maintained. 2 denotes a main channel in which air sucked in from the room 1 is circulated by means of a ventilator 3. In the dargestell th in Fig. 1 embodiment, a secondary channel 3 is connected in parallel to this main channel 2. A cooling device 4 is built into this banal 3. A heating device is built into the main channel 2 behind the junction of the secondary channel 3 with the main channel 2 (viewed in the flow direction A of the air to be circulated).
The amount of air flowing through the main channel 2 and the secondary channel 3 is determined by a rotary valve 6, the position of which is determined by a humidostat 7 built into the room 1. A thermostat 8 located in the room 1 dominates the amount of refrigerant flowing through the cooling device 4, while a built-in thermostat 9 in the room 1 regulates the amount of a heat transfer medium flowing through the heating device 5.
Depending on whether more or less air flows through the secondary channel 3, a more or less strong dehumidification takes place in the circulated air. The regulation of this dehumidification is effected automatically by the humidostat 7 and the flap 6 as a function of the humidity level in room 1. The thermostat 8 further adjusts the degree of dehumidification depending on the temperature in room 1, as well as the degree of reheating of the air in channel 2 by the thermostat 9 depending on the temperature in room 1 ge is brought.
In FIG. 2, 4 also designates a cooling device and 5 a heating device, which are arranged one behind the other in the channel 2. In this embodiment, a humidostat 10 located in room 1 regulates the amount of coolant flowing into the cooling device 4, while a thermostat 11 also arranged in the room regulates the amount of heat carrier flowing into the heating device 5.
With the help of the cooling device 4 and the heating device 5, it is thus also possible in this second embodiment, the degree of cooling of the air circulated in channel 2 depending on the humidity level in room 1 and the reheating of the circulated air depending on the temperature in room 1 without adding anything to the outside air.
The circulation of the air can also take place naturally without the aid of a fan.
