Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     o-Oxyazofarbstoffes.       Nach dem durch das Hauptpatent ge  schützten Verfahren erhält man einen Wolle  in Gegenwart von Chrombeizen echt anfär  benden Farbstoff, wenn man     4-Clilor-2-diazo-          1-oxybenzol-6-sulfosäure    mit 7,     8-Benzo-2.4-          dioxychinolin    kuppelt.  



  Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält  man einen Farbstoff mit gleich guten Eigen  schaften,     wenn    man als     Diazokomponente     die 4     Nitro-2-diazo-l-oxybenzol-6-sulfosäure     wählt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine aus 23,4 Teilen     4-Nitro-2-amirio-l-          oxybenzol-6-sulfosäure,    6,9 Teilen Natrium  nitrit und 5 Teilen Salzsäure von 120     B6     in etwa 500 Teilen Wasser bereitete     Diazo-          verbindung    wird zu einer mit Eis versetzten  Auflösung von 23 Teilen     7.8-Benzo-2.4-          dioxychinolin    und 20 Teilen Soda in<B>600</B>    Teilen Wasser gegeben.

   Der gebildete Farb  stoff wird vollständig     ausgesalzen    und bildet  getrocknet ein dunkles Pulver, welches sehr  gut     löslich    ist und auf Wolle nach dem       Einbad-Chromverfahren        granatfarbene    Töne  von guter Walk- und     Waschechtbeit    erzeugt.

   The dyestuff formed is completely salted out and, when dried, forms a dark powder which is very soluble and produces garnet-colored tones of good fulling and washfastness on wool using the single-bath chrome process.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wolle nach dem Einbad-Chromverfahren in granat- farbenen Tönen von guter Walk- und Wasch echtheit und ausgezeichneter Lichtechtbeit anfärbenden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 4-Nitro-2-diazo-l-oxybenzol- 6-sulfosäure mit 7.8.Benzo-2.4-dioxychinoliri kuppelt.
